I‘ve been a patient here for 10 or so years now and have never had a bad experience. I’ve seen Dr. Dodds and Brockbank, they’re both very professional and kind. Now I have offspring who’ve inherited my visually challenged gene and I bring them here as well. I was forced to move to Utah County due to rent increase, and didn’t bother trying to find a doctor closer to me, they are very much worth the drive. Great staff, five stars, keep up the great work!

I really recommend it here and Steve Jeong. My cherished glasses were broken, so I had an eye examination at a chain-type optician and got my lenses, but as soon as I put them on, I felt dizzy and my eyesight felt out of focus. The optician said that my eyes would get used to it after about two weeks, but the dizziness did not improve at all, and I started feeling seriously nauseous, so I went back to see the doctor and ask for him to do something. However, the optician did not know the exact cause and recommended only the more expensive lenses to correct the issue. But the lenses were outrageously expensive, and I lost all trust in the in that prescriber. I decided to just get an eye exam, frame, and try lenses again elsewhere. I searched for an optician again on the Internet and went to Olympus Eye Associates after receiving a recommendation from a friend. There, I met Steve Jeong and his explanations were very impressive. After some tests, he discovered the issue and he explained in detail about the power being too strong in my one eye and found the best power for my eyes. I trusted Steve Jeong's explanation and kindness so much that I ordered two thinner and lighter lenses, one with anti-glare coating and one with added blue light protection. But they gave me a big discount, so it was like the price of a single lens at the optician I went to the first time. When I went to pick up my glasses when they were finished, I was very satisfied with the time he took to properly prescribe because the objects were so clear and sharp, and they were not cluttered at all, and the fit was comfortable as if I wasn’t wearing glasses. If you need glasses, or if you are having trouble with the frame or prescription you’ve received elsewhere, I highly recommend going to an Olympus Eye Associates and consulting with Steve Jeong.

Dr. Dodds and his staff were what I was looking for in an ophthalmologist. I ask a lot of questions, A LOT, and he is happy to discuss my questions and concerns. He used a GAT test to measure my IOP for my glaucoma condition getting a much more accurate result, something previous ophthalmologists did not do. He did not hesitate to refer me to another physician for eyelid lesions when this procedure was not his specialty. Competent in his specialty, answers all questions and explains thoroughly, and refers when needed, just what I needed.

Finally a Doctor that doesn’t want to fight me on what type of contacts my eyes prefer. Got my prescription and told him what brand my eyes prefer and boom, put them in on the spot. Absolutely love this place! Dr. Brock bank is the man. Great staff that was helpful and welcoming! Very easy going staff that’s easy to talk to! Update: my contacts in one eye were bad and so I had to go in and grab temporary contacts, which weren’t as good and would rip much faster than my other eye. And also my wife and I both can’t read about 15 -20 ft away. We both have felt our prescriptions are the the worst we’ve ever had.

The appointment was for my 6 year old. If the staff was a little more aware of who their patient was, my review would be much higher. I trust the quality of medical care, however the staff continually did not demonstrate they know how to provide that level of care while addressing a child. When I asked 'does this office specialize in pediatric care?" The assistant replied "This is an opthamology office" Not recommended for children; otherwise great.

I took my three children to Dr. Todds at Olympus Eye Associates after looking around for a significant amount of time. The whole experience was fabulous - did not wait to be seen (came early as well), all the staff was friendly and knew what they were doing to make our visit spectacular! Then we met with Dr. Todds- what a professional! He knew how to connect with my kids and we were all smiling and laughing, making the visit very comforting. Then he carefully examined their eyes and fully informed me of what was expected to improve their vision and solutions! Afterward, we picked out three sets of very nice glasses that my kids would enjoy wearing - all within the current styles. Overall, I’d recommend Dr. Todds and Olympus Eye Associates over and over again. We traveled 20 miles to get there but it was worth it! Thank you!!!

Over the last couple years I've had so many exams here and they've been incredible about answering my questions and helping me find great solutions to my eye problems. I chose to do Lasik with them not long ago and it was a pain-free procedure, which quickly restored me to the perfect vision I haven't had since I was a young child. I had an eye emergency and was super light sensitive! I am leaving for Paris for a vacation I’ve planned for a year and absolutely had to have functioning eyes for, one week after my appointment. I called Olympus Eye Associates at 8 am on a Tuesday morning (the day after Labor Day), and was seen at 9:40 that same day! Dr. David Dodds examined my eyes and diagnosed me with dry corneas. He educated me about my condition and prescribed lubricating eye drops, in tiny vials, that I got cheap at Costco, at Dr. Dodds suggestion. The drops needed to be preservative free because they work better, and are better for your eyes, than drops with preservatives- thus tiny vials. Dr. Dodds is an MD, which I love. He made me as comfortable as possible, as did all of the staff at O.E.A. He asked me to apply drops in my eyes every hour, and right before bed. Dr. Dodds asked me to make an appointment for Friday, in case I wasn’t better, and made me agree to call him if I got any worse, regardless of the time of day. Dr. Dodds has an easy bedside manner, is straightforward and educated me, which most Dr. consider themselves too busy to do. And I left with a smile on my face, feeling confident that I would be better by the time I leave for Paris on Monday. I highly recommend Dr. David Dobbs, who is, as of Tuesday, now my new Ophthalmologist/eye Doctor!, I highly recommend Olympus Eye Associates, regardless of which Dr. you end up seeing, because I could not see a Doctor, of such high caliber as Dr. Dodds, associating professionally, with Doctors of a lesser caliber than himself. They have the nicest, cleanest offices, which means they are probably healthier for you to be in than most, and exam rooms that were spotless. The Tech that I initially met with disinfected everything in the room, as I watched, which made me feel safe and comfortable. She was nice and reassuring, and very competent! The receptionist was nice and very accommodating, and I look forward to my follow up appointment in the morning.

Visited Dr Brockbank for some eye sentivity and redness i was experiencing. I don’t have an eye prescription, so my visits to the eye doctor and very limited. Very happy with the staff and how polite and helpful they were. Dr Brockbank was great and spent the time to explain what was going on and answered all my questions. I have taken my family to Olympus Eye Associates for years. Finding a really good eye doctor has always been important to me because we have hereditary medical eye issues in our family. Unlike other places I have been, they have always included dilating the eyes as a standard part of their vision exams. This is a pretty important part of an eye exam and I didn't realize how many places don't do this. The doctors and their staff are very kind and have always taken their time with us. One of the best things I've done in my life is get lasik. Dr. Brockbank does lasik and did an excellent job for me. I no longer wear glasses or contacts! What I especially wanted to share with others in this review is that when shopping around for pricing I found Olympus Eye beat even the best known Lasik places by a significant amount and I knew I wouldn't get any better care than with them. Pretty happy about that.

I have been going to Olympus Eye Associates for the last few years. I have had multiple pairs of glasses made in their optical and they are always amazing. They have some really cute frame styles and the lenses are a great quality for the price! After being in glasses for 20 years, I decided it was finally time for lasik, which I was extremely happy to find out was a service Dr. Brockbank provided. They beat Hoopes Vision by a mile on the price and I am seeing better than I ever have. I just had my final post lasik exam and my vision was better than 20/20. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I am very happy with my choice of Dr Dodds as my Eye Surgeon for cataract surgery. I am younger than most people that have cataract surgery and have never had surgery of any kind before seeing Dr Dodds. When I went to write this review I went to Olympus Eye Associates web site. Most web pages are filled with fluff. Their web page is not. I agree with the statement "Dr Dodds brings an authentic an upbeat approach to his work. He loves improving his patients lives." Dr. Dodds is XLNT! he's meticulous in his examination, and doesn't make you feel rushed, or that your questions are stupid. He carefully explains all parts of your exam, and the various scenarios which might occur, symptoms to watch for, and advantages/disadvantages of all options I was so impressed when my friend came to see Dr. Dodds for an emergency, that when I had a problem, he was 1st in my list. I am a technician for Dr. Brockbank and have sat in on thousands of exams with him over the years. The behavior described in the previous review is so completely opposite of everything I know about Dr. Brockbank. While disclosing specific information about this exam would violate HIPAA laws, I can state that there were notes and information in this patient's chart that only could have been entered by the doctor after examining the patient's eyes with the slit lamp microscope. My heart has been touched countless times by the way Dr. Brockbank treats his patients, especially our older patients. Dr. Brockbank involves his patients in their own care, taking time to educate them on their diagnoses and options for treatments. He is one of the most ethical people I have ever worked for, only recommending surgeries and treatments for patients when it is what is best for them. I myself have have been treated by Dr. Brockbank for problems with my optic nerves and I recently had Lasik surgery done as well. As a patient, I can honestly say that I have never had a better eye doctor, and I have been having regular check-ups over the last 20 years. That is a lot of eye doctors. If anyone has concerns stemming from the previous review, I would highly recommend visiting our Facebook page or other review sites where you can view hundreds of positive experiences from our patients.

I had a great experience. Something was bothering my eye and I thought eye drops would flush it out but after 2 days and the irritation getting worse I had to see a doctor. Dr. Brockbank examined and discovered a little piece of something that was wedged into my cornea, probably because I rubbed my eyes at the beginning of feeling the irritation a couple days prior, I have a feeling it was one of those gusty wind days that blow dust and other particles around. I was scheduled quickly, staff was friendly, and the result was a painless non irritated eye after the short visit. I would definitely recommend!
