I came to BDP in North Scottsdale to have a comprehensive eye exam. Dr. Nappy was the best eye doctor I’ve had. He patiently answered all my questions clearly. I got a clear plan for preventative eye care. I feel safe. No longer worried about my eyesight As a bonus, he gave me free eye drops so i didn’t have to drive and shop. :) In my opinion, Dr Nappi at BDP Eye Center in Scottsdale was a keeper…patient, caring, likable, personable, experienced, honest, and funny. He’s great at his job.

I have been a patient here in the past and made the mistake of trusting my vision needs to other locations who do not provide the same extensive level of examination. Sherrie took excellent care of me and then Dr. Nappy came and did a very extensive exam and consultation. He was able to discuss my eye health relative to Kidney, hypertension and diabetes explaining my current condition and how it will progress going forward. I will never go anyplace else again. I didn't care for the use of the kiosk to check in. I far prefer the personal touch. I really liked the girl who did my testing. I thought she was very thorough and did a great job of answering my questions. I also really liked Dr. Nappy. He was very confident & explained everything very well.

Dr. Anthony Nappi O.D.and staff were over the top in excellent care. Pre op and post op. The communication politeness, efficiency, very short waiting time ( < 10 minutes if that). This was were all greatly appreciated. The private office environment with only one other patient waiting and one leaving made you feel like they were there just for you (not a room full of patients waiting in chairs or lined up at a window waiting to register). Dr. Nappi explained all that he was doing with the eye exam and why. His care instructions after were clear and he wrote them down for me. The two girls at the front desk worked as a team even rescheduled my appointment with my local eye doctor for my next annual exam appointment so that I did not have to call in myself to make the change. I would highly recommend this facility and the courteous and kind way they manage their office.

I have been to the Bell Road, Scottsdale BDP office numerous times for pre- and post-op exams related to RLE eye surgery. The entire staff in this office is very pleasant and professional. Dr. Nappi took the time to make sure I understood the process before surgery and answered all of my questions honestly. Dr. Nappi also discussed my vision goals so as to be clear in his understanding of what I expected my new lenses to do for my vision. When I had a last minute hesitation about the particular lens I chose, Dr. Nappi took additional time out of his day to speak with me over the phone to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He is a very calm and reassuring person. My vision is now 20-20 in both eyes for reading as well as distance, with no glasses or contact lenses. The surgical team inserted the new lenses in my eyes, but it was Dr. Nappi who gave me the best vision possible by prescribing lenses that would work for me and my vision goals.

My husband and I both had procedures for new lenses. He now sees 20/20. I had RK when younger, so as expected they said the scarring would likely require additional procedures to correct my vision. They were right. After a couple more procedures I no longer need glasses for reading or distance. I am so thrilled with the final outcome! The doctors and staff are amazing! I definitely recommend Barnett Dulaney Perkins Eye Center for Lasik they did a wonderful job back in 2019. And let me tell you I see 2020 they are so beyond nice. Dr. Nappi Took great care of me for my yearly eye exam for checking on my Lasik since I had the procedure and he did a great job wonderful doctor and wonderful staff

Dr Nappi was pretty nifty saying slight signs of glaucoma could wait a year or two till addressing when degree would allow Medicare coverage and readers fine until as 20-20 when both eyes wide open.

I had complications of eye surgery. My opthalmologist folllowed me for sev months afterward, treating me with anti-inflammatory eye drops. There was minimal improvement and finally he left me with an appointment to his optometrist for a glasses prescription, and no satisfactory explanation. A friend recommended BDP, and I ended up with Dr. Nappi. He diagnosed swelling of my retina (3x normal) and referred me to a retinal specialist who injected my retina with steroids. This produced rapid improvement. I have had sev appointments with Dr. Nappi since and have now stabilized in an improved condition. I have a high regard for all the folks, clinical and office staff, that I have interacted with at BDP.

I cannot state how happy I am with this place. The time they put in to test my eyes and find every detail and the time they took to explain my options alone took all my anxiety away. When the lasik day came, it was a whole team whom by then I became familiar with. The procedure was seam less and the results were instantaneous. The follow up visits felt like victory labs. 4 months later I had my final follow up visit fit the year and I continue to be happy. Thank you guys

I had an appointment with Dr. Berbos to have a stye removed from my eye. He noticed the swelling under my eyes which had happened after getting filler nearly 8 years ago. I hated how they looked. He dissolved the filler and went over my options to restore my eyes to a natural look. I decided on a lower eyelid surgery with a full face co2 laser. I LOVE my results. I look rejuvenated and so natural. Dr. Berbos and his team are wonderful. Respectful of his patients he is always on time and never rushes through an appointment.
