Been coming here for over 10 years now, and the last time I went was about a month ago and it went pretty well, the receptionist are nice and know what they doing. The eye doctor's are very experienced and I do recommend this place. Jessica very nice young lady she helped me out, I didn't know the insurance I used was expired and she reached out to me a week before my appointment and we got the insurance situation in order. Thank you. I was in and out before I knew it 😁.

This office is probably one of the best i’ve been to within the past few years. My eye sight has gotten so bad over the years and i’ve really struggled to find an office that I feel really prioritizes my concerns. The front desk and the optical were very attentive and welcoming, especially the young lady Mariana. I feel as though her greeting and care really set the tone for the remainder of my visit. 100% recommend for all your eye care needs!

I enjoyed visiting Malik eye care went in for a general check up. Everyone is very friendly and offers up smiles. I liked it so much I took my mother who only speaks Spanish and the manager was very sweet to translate and help out. This is the best place to get an eye check up. I went with an emergency. I had so much pain and they took me as a walk in. The front desk ladies are amazing they even help me to fill out the forms. They speak English and Spanish and are very kind. The doctor told me what I had right away and sent my prescription to my pharmacy. I got better in one week.

Front desk could be nicer. Overall they treated my mother very well. One of the doctors was so gentle getting her into the chair and making sure she had her cane close by when she had to step out of the chair. Glasses have taken a while. They said 7-10 days and its on 11 days now. That needs some work, I've had plenty of glasses to know that this is taking way too long. If you want the prescription alone it will be 50$, which include that Pupillary distance measurement.

I couldn't be happier with my recent visit to Malik Eye Care in Jackson Heights. The doctor diagnosed me with a rare vision condition after 2 other optometrists and one ophthalmologist failed to diagnose it. The staff is super friendly and respectful, especially the front desk and their office manager - she listened to my concerns and helped with my insurance questions. I highly recommend this place!

I would definitely recommed Malik Eye Care in Jackson Heights. I walk in, they check my vision on the spot. Dr Vu was great,very friendly and discover my problem right away. I didnt have an apooiment but she still made time to check me up. Also the staff was very friendly, place looked very clean and organized. Manager Diana was very friendly and helpful to me, place well manage by her. Coming back again with my mom this time.

im giving this place 5 stars because the doctors are amazing, they're very helpful and proffesional HOWEVER The Staff?!! ZERO STARS 000000000! the most awful staff i've ever met. I worked at Growlax optical for many years and we would always send our patients to Dr.Maliik because we were conscious that his services were outstanding but it's really unfortunate that the front desk and person selling the glasses are just completely awful. Dr. Malik if you truly care about your clients i suggest you hire a new staff or have them properly trained. i've seen the receptionist yelling at a customer because he simply didnt understand(old age) and she was disgustingly rude and very unprofessional. If you want to get your eyes checked by amazing doctors you kind of have to put up with the rude staff. Once again Dr. Malik...i truly hope you change your staff at the 90th st location, no patient should have to deal with nasty treatment and awful behavior. i hope you really take this post into consideration.

I had my PRK with Dr Malik and now I’m 20/20 and no more eyeglasses for me. The Surgical Coordinator was very helpful and helped me through the whole process.
