I had a great experience here. The receptionists and technicians were friendly, efficient, and informative. Dr. Chen was thorough and clear with his explanations. He talked me through my eye images and explained future treatments in an understandable way. I was provided info about treatments in-person but also more info online. The clinic was transparent with my information, easily providing a prescription for me without heavily pushing for me to purchase glasses from their store. They had a wide selection from what I saw though. This was only my first visit but I will return next time, I would definitely recommend this clinic :)

Even though it was super busy with lots of clients everywhere in that tight space, they still managed to assist my family and I with what we needed. Office itself was clean. Incredible services ! Appointment is recommended if you do not want to wait for a long time. They do take walk-ins too but be prepared for a long wait without an appointment. They have a great selection of glasses whether you're looking for something affordable or fancy expensive frames. I wanted to mention the great customer service the sales has provided. I have tried on many glasses and didn't feel like they were trying to push me to make any purchase at all.

My first time to see Dr. Chen and he made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate that he took his time to exam my eyes and was able to alleviate the discomfort and pain right away. He was very patient, his bedside manner is the best (my other eye doctor should take some lessons from him) and he took the time to explain what was wrong. My other eye doctor said I needed cataract surgery ASAP or I would be blind! I came to Dr. Chen for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did because I don't even have cataracts! I definitely recommend Dr. Chen.
