Dr. Horn and his staff are incredible. I had cataract surgery in February 2022. During during pre- and post-op meetings, he was generous with his time and highly informative in his consultations. He helped me think through the various options. The surgeries went very smoothly and my vision is now a bit better than 20/20! I am living in a different and much, much better visual world. And, his staff members are consummate professionals; they are friendly, approachable and willing to share their knowledge and expertise. I recommend Vision for Life without qualification and with great enthusiasm.

I am really impressed with the good balance of professionalism and friendliness of this entire staff. The front gets everything done and has you out the door as soon as you are done. Dr. Horn is relaxed and so informative and will acknowledge your questions and talk it over with you. I love how he makes you feel comfortable and like you are in good hands. My best hint is either park valet OR park on the star level as close to the elevator as you can and walk straight through the doors and when you get midway, his office is on the right. Parking there is crazy so give yourself plenty of time. Love everything about this group!

STOP before you read any other review, read this one!!! Be like NIKE and Just do it!!! Don’t walk, but RUN to get your eyes done by Doctor Horn and his team! The best in Nashville- hands down. It’s the little things that matter, and they have thought about it ALL. From the free refreshments in the lobby to fancy goggles/sunglasses after surgery, Dr Horn is the man! I went from a time that I couldn’t see past my nose, and now I have 20/15 (which is better than 20/20).😍 From the minute I walked in, I felt so sure that I made the right decision - he meets with you during your consultation and explains everything (and answers all the questions- even my dumb ones😂🫠)which melts all of your worries away. The entire staff genuinely cares about each individual patient and emphasizes the importance of a great experience for everyone! They go above and beyond and truly brings you into the Vision for Life family! Would give this place a millions stars if I could!! My life has been forever changed for the better!! I am so grateful for Dr. Horn and his team. ☺️

Great experience, I was told all my life that lasik was not an option for me, but thanks to Dr. Horn and his new technology made it possible, I knew it wasn’t going to be easy since I had a lot astigmatism but having great people taking care of you made the process a pleasant experience. I recommend Dr Horn 100%

I'm 73 and I'm am so happy I chose Dr Horn at Vision for life for my lens replacement. My glasses were falling apart and I didn't want to spend another few years with ok eyesight and cataracts. Also I didn't want to wait until I got too old to really enjoy seeing perfectly. So I got my wish, it was the best decision I made. It was easy, seamless and painless, even with my left eye on which i had Lasik 20 years ago. I can read without glasses and do not have any halos or problems! Dr Horn is meticulous and the Vivity lens are worth every penny. I'm beyond pleased with my new eyesight!

He is caring, very informative, patient, extremely knowledgeable, takes his time in consultations answering all of my questions reassuring me and addressing all of my concerns. Both of my cataracts presented him with many challenges but his God given skill got me through, as he told me remarkably well, even better than I could have hoped for. His staff is excellent as well, skilled, and caring. Best all around medical experience, for me, ever.
