Dr. Smith is great, but for whatever reason her staff can't seem to get my contact prescription correct. I've had to have them mail a corrected Rx two years in a row, and this year they didn't even do that after I requested it. They don't answer the phone and I've been waiting two days for a call back. Fine doctor as long as you get what you need while you're in the office (which you can count on being a good hour or more for an annual checkup). Typical Heritage Medical customer service.
