I started with Dr. B. years ago. Dr. K. has been just as professional & great. Hubby never needed glasses. Dr. K. suggested let’s get a baseline exam so hubby just started seeing Dr. K. We are both very satisfied with all the staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr.Blechman has been my eye doctor for many years. She is very thorough in explaining diagnosis. I had cataract surgery in both eyes and she is a master restoring corrective vision for a complicated eye that had retina surgery. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Blechman and I trust her with my eyes. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Hwang is very attentive, polite and friendly. She gave me all the glaucoma info and answered my questions. The staff is also efficient with not too long wait times. I picked them myself from Aetna’s list of health providers.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The office is very clean. COVID-19 guidelines are followed. I am a physician myself and would not consider any other ophthalmologist to care for the "eye health" of myself, my family, my friends and my patients!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with kindness and respect. The staff is multilingual. All the staff introduced themselves, explained exactly what they were doing and why. Jabari and Dr. Hwang are excellent they answered question and spent the time needed to ensure the questions were answered sufficiently. They practiced excellent hand hygiene and other precautions to keep the environment safe.

I took my mom here for the annual exam and we were very satisfied! We got there earlier and didn’t have to wait at all. The nurse helped us to prep for the doctor and answered all the questions. Definitely recommend this practice for the best eye care, both ophthalmology and optometry. Clean office, professional and knowledgeable staff, and short wait times. Free 1 hour parking at the public parking garage on Watseka, 2 block walk. Dr. Blechman has been my ophthalmologist for a long time, several decades. Since my first visit to my visit this week she always has heart in caring for her patients. I like that she is always up front and honest with no judgement. She works with a fabulous team who have the same heart and care. Dr. Ishibashi is my optometrist for a long time too. He is the same in that he has heart to care for his patients. Like that with my new contact lense prescriptions I can try out the new lenses for a week or two before committing to buying full box(es). I pay for the eye glasses and contact lense prescription and they give you to option to purchase these items at their practice.

Best experience I had at a doctor’s office in the US. I moved here 4 years ago and I miss having doctors that actually seem to care about who they are treating. That is what I felt going there. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Ishibashi has been my eye doctor for many years. We then moved to the Valley. Had to find another local eye doctor. Horrible service, non-professional, follow-up with patients was non-existent, they got my prescription wrong and I had to buy a second pair. Even though we don’t live that close anymore, we decided to go back to Dr. Ishibashi. He’s personable, professional, very knowledgeable in his field. I’m not going anywhere else. He’s THE BEST!

Dr Hwang is highly professional and compassionate. The only issue I have is that I have not been able to get a follow back appointment. The Staff doesn’t answer the phone or return calls for an appointment. I’m very frustrated. I’ve been calling at various times during the day for a couple months.
