This eye clinic is staffed with very personable employees. The check-in is quick and easy. My exam began within just a few minutes and went quickly. I then waited approximately 3-4 minutes to see Dr Monica Hall. I have been with Dr Hall over 5 years and I am pleased every time. She is quite knowledgeable and spends whatever amount of time I need to understand my condition. Another very nice point I want to mention is that every time I see her, Dr. Hall greets me by name and acts like she has waited all day just to see me. I think everyone who tries her will like her and will stay with her.

I have been going to the LR eye clinic since it was downtown and I was probably 17 years old. Now I won’t tell you my age now, but let’s just say I am much older! I would not stay with a facility if I were not pleased with everything about them and the people they employ there. A lot has changed over the years and it makes me very happy to see that now there are, I forgot to ask their position, eye technologists? They do a lot of tests on the patient before you even see the doctor. I think this probably alleviates a lot off of the doctor so they are able to see more patients. And I love the optical center and the employees there. They have never steered me wrong with glasses that look good. I highly would recommend the LR Eye Clinic.

Dr. Lane is absolutely the best eye care Doctor on this side of heaven! Staff are very professional from check in to check out make your visit pleasant. Wait time isn't long lobby chairs are comfortable nurses bring you the room check your eye sight along with eye pressure for Dr. Lane to Examine you with her expertise. Dr. Lane is very friendly when she walk through the door she greet you with a smile she she examines you thoroughly. I love Dr. Lane I wouldn't want another eye care Doctor she has been # 1 since day one 10 years strong now. Check out has always been pleasant Kendra is best i haven't seen her my pass few visits she is super sweet with a great personality she make her job personal i been missing her on my check out. Lawanna check me out my last visit she was very nice and sweet she receive a 5 star! Thank you Little Rock Eye Clinic!

Always a pleasure. Staff is always welcoming, professional and informative, so are the technicians. Dr. Monica Hall is phenomenal . I just love, love, love her. She has the best chair side manner. Little Rock Eye Clinic has been amazing and has gone into great depth with me during my past two appointments! I come from a small town where we don’t have nice eye clinics with all of the tools and the doctors and staff aren’t as friendly. I gladly drive 2.5 hours to see Dr. Wooten and his staff! They always make sure I understand everything to do with my eyes and vision and always have great bedside manner!

My appointment was at 9:40 and I was taken into a room at that time and was immediately seen by Dr. Pouly. He was very kind and professional and so was his two assistants! I was totally finished by 9:58! Wow! The staff at the front desk were kind and treated me with respect!! This was the best visit I had ever experienced there and I have been a patient here for many years!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I have been a patient here for over 10 years. I see Dr. Blair and I can not say enough nice things about her as well as her nurse Tracy Webb. Tracy has gone above and beyond to keep me supplied with the medications I need. She is ALWAYS available and returns my calls promptly if she is in with a patient. Little Rock Eye Clinic will meet all of your eye care needs with INCREDIBLE customer service.

I love Dr. Monica Hall and staff. Her service is definitely 5 stars but my issue is with the billing office at this location. Each time my family and I go for routine vision services which are covered at 100%, one of us have to pay a co-pay while the other family members don't and we're covered under the same policy. I inquired about it and was advised it would be researched and no follow-up from their office was done. Fast forward the bill was covered so a refund is due and the same nonchalant attitude person I dealt with on the original call picked up the phone with the same sour attitude. Billing may be behind the scenes but they need to have better attitudes. Just like they want their co-pay for services that don't require one, I would like my refund without issues or condescending tones.
