Recently went here to have my grandmother's cataract removed, staff was extremely professional and diverse. Doctor was very accommodating as speaks English and Gujarati both so he could explain the procedure to me in English and my grandmother in Gujarati which helped a lot since she's someone who doesn't go ahead with a decision without fully understanding it. Overall very satisfied with my experience and thank you for helping my family out!

I had been seeing Dr. Jadav for at least five years. He was always professional and honest. I have amblyopia (lazy eye) and have always wished that there was an easy way to correct it. Excellent, comprehensive general examination and diabetic retinal exam by Dr Jadav and his staff. Pleasant environment. Very short wait after arrival to be seen. Provided extensive discussion of findings and offered multiple options to consider for my treatment. Cataract surgery on the first eye went flawlessly and I could not be more pleased. Twenty four hours after surgery I was seeing distant objects that were only blurry outlines the day before! No pain, no anxiety, and a very friendly surgical staff kept the entire procedure to under 15 minutes, and after 30 minutes in recovery I was on my way home. Looking forward to getting the other eye done soon!!!

I would recommend Dr.Dip Jadav he is an outstanding Ophthalmologist, took my 84 yr old mother whom was having issues seeing had a thin film over her eyes that was progressing, scheduled for a complete evaluation and in the end had laser treatment performed same day she is doing well no pain doing regular home chores day after. If only all doctors could be as competent and compassionate as Dr. Jadav ... Dr. Jadav fit me into his busy schedule because I had an emergency. Overall impression was positive. Dr.Jadav was very friendly. One suggestion: The examination rooms are TOO bright. This makes it VERY difficult to keep the eyes open when the nurse wants to dispense the anesthetic/dilating fluid. Please reduce the level of illumination, so that patients can keep their eyes wide open.

He listens to your concerns and always ask about your questions and/or your concerns. The procedure itself was quick and stressfree for me. I would recommend that you wait a week in-between to have your second eye done. For me there was less confusion with the eyedrops and my first eye was less blurry which was very helpful to me. I am over 70 years old so I am concerned about being exposed to the coronavirus. The receptionists and assistants wear masks and do a good job of wiping down the machines between uses. It would be better to have pens which will only be used once when patients sign in instead of one pen tied to clipboards and used repeatedly. The seats in the waiting area are spaced well apart and I never have to wait there for very long so that helps me feel safe. Dr. Jadav always takes the time to explain about the condition of my eyes and to answer any questions that I have, He is an excellent ophthalmologist.

My cataract surgery for my left eye was January 20, 2021. I cannot wait for the right eye to be done! Now, for review scoop which may help others in deciding who and where to go for their Cataract Surgery such as the position I was in until I discovered Dr. Dip Jadav. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Dr Dip Jadav and his staff, from the front desk, to the nurses and admin staff. Being skeptical and nervous with a mix of procrastination accumulated in the past 15 years I genuinely had a fear of the surgery and the anesthesia. Currently at 70 years old I was running out of excuses and consistently stacking up buying over the counter "readers" ranging from 3.25 to 4.0. Yes, Amazon has 4.0 readers! Dr. Dip Jadav, MD from day one was/is a good listener, empathetic, forthright, professional, thorough and attentive to detail. For example, prior to the surgery, as well as during the surgery he was detail by detail. He continued to display this also the following day after my surgery. My experience was beyond my belief! Believe me when I say my characteristics are ask questions , be optimistic and don't expect to get what you exactly expect. Not this case. I wasted time worrying. I am not receiving any type of accommodations for this review such as a discount for the next surgery or special treatment.
