March 27, 2018 was my second visit to The Christian Eye Clinic. Dr. Shenouda maintains a high standard of excellence in every aspect of the clinic. State of the art equipment, clean and fresh look, meticulous details to make each patient comfortable with the quality of care he and his staff are providing. Dr. Shenouda explains everything thoroughly. He is very easy to work with and always has a smile. His staff is friendly, engaging and fun to work with. The pricing is excellent! They do everything possible to work with my crazy schedule. I actually look forward to my eye exams. I am happy to recommend The Christian Eye Clinic.

I find the Christian Eye Clinic to be customer friendly, competent, and careful in their advice about vision needs. I've been a customer for over 2 years and am glad to recommend them to anyone in need of excellent service. On a personal note it took me three trips to the clinic to select my eyeglasses and all the personnel were very patient in allowing me time on each trip to come to a decision to select the "right look" for me, without a high pressure sales pitch. Dr. Shenouda was friendly, highly competent, professional, cordial and carefully tended to my vision needs, on a first-name basis, without rushing through the process. And I really like it that he is an ophthalmologist (rather than an optometrist). In short, the Christian Eye Clinic went above and beyond to "get it right" for me. I'm willing to drive over an hour one way to get this kind of personal service.

I have always bounced around from eye doctor to eye doctor, mostly because I didn't think that it really mattered who checked my eyes. My husband finally told me that I needed to find one steady eye doctor because our last experience at a chain optometrist was terrible. I decided to check out The Christian Eye Clinic mainly because of their location was super close to my work. I can say that I am NEVER going anywhere else again! I am SO pleased with everything about my experience with this place. I have never had any eye doctor so thoroughly check my eyes and be so polite! I have worn contacts for almost 15 years and he had some pointers for me that I wish I had known long ago. And his assistants were FANTASTIC! Normally it tends to take me DAYS before I decide on a new pair of frames, and "the bald guy" was so helpful and very knowledgeable and I had new frames and prescription sunglasses picked out in less than 20 minutes! They also cared about how much they could save me money and worked hard to find the best options for me, even the day after my appointment they were still finding ways for me to save money! I am NEVER going anywhere else!

Emad Shenouda is very pleasant and patient, which is comforting and allows for an excellent experience. My husband and me were new to town and we scheduled an appointment at this clinic because it was close to our house and they could get us in quickly. Usually convenient means low quality...but not for Dr. Shenouda! He is amazing. He was telling me things about our eye health that I have NEVER heard from other doctors. For example, my husband had trama to his eye when he was younger. Dr. Shenouda told me that as he ages to watch out for him sleeping with his eyes slightly open...and if this were to happen, he would schedule additional appointments and prescribe eye ointment to correct this. He is professional and yet has a great sense of humor! Love this place!

I first saw Dr. Shenouda after experiencing a chemical burn on one of my eyes. I was able to get right in as a walk in, and receive the treatment I needed. Later, I went back for a full exam, and was well-treated by his optician Cheryl, during the fitting of my glasses. I received a thorough exam from Dr. Shenouda, and have an understanding of the eye issues I am dealing with. This was a positive experience for me.

My wife and I began seeing Dr. Shenouda in 2001 and have seen no other Optometrist and no desire to change. Dr. Shenouda has answered two of our emergency calls outside of office hours in the past (one due to a foreign object in my eye which was very painful). We trust him and his staff so much that we are now bringing our two children to him for their first visits including our youngest - with her first pair of eyeglasses. There's a great deal of trust you need to have with someone who cares for your eyes and the vision of your family. There's a reason we've been with Christian Eye Clinic for over 12 years and followed them to their new location across town. Superb treatment. EDIT UPDATE: 2015 - another trip to see Dr. Shenouda, this time for a big change in my own vision and eyewear. Again, my confidence and gratitude for the quality of care my family receives from CEC makes me glad that after this many years we're still his patients. He treats us so well!

My visit to the Christian eye clinic started out with a warm welcome from Dr. Emadshenauda and his staff. He not only is knowledgeable in his profession, but a very kind and caring individual. When he told me I had a start of a cataract he explained to me what to expect in my future. He also suggested I watch a video on cataracts that he provides on his web-site. You will not be disappointed. I plan to return to the Christian eye clinic for my next eye exam.

Our appointment was at 4:30 and 5:00 for my 2 children. We arrived 15 mins early and got our pre-testing done. The lady doing it was pleasant but I could sense she was a little annoyed that my 6 year old had trouble keeping still with eyes wide open. We went back to sit down to wait for the Doctor. There is a wide selection of books in the waiting area for both adults and children plus a flat screen playing educational health clips. 20 mins after our appointment time was due, I went up to the receptionist and mentioned what time it was and whether she has an approximate time that we could expect to be seen. She said "I have no idea! I don't have a time for you." No apologies nor helpful information. Then I asked how long does an appointment usually take so I could have an idea of usual wait time. To that she replied: "I don't know! It could take any amount of time!" She was impatient and stern looking. Finally at 5:10, our appointment started. The Doctor is fantastic! Courteous, respectful, very knowledgeable and able to put the children at ease. I'm not sure if the receptionist was having a bad day or if that's how she usually interacts with patients...

Dr. Shenouda has been my eye doctor for about 8 years now and I trust him completely to take care of my vision and my eyeglass prescriptions. I benefit from having at least one pair of glasses designed for looking at a computer monitor for hours at a time. Dr. Shenouda works with me to get them right.
