Dr. Kauh performed a transconjunctival blepharoplasty surgery to address my undereye bags resulting from fat herniation below my lower eyelids. She removed excessive lower eyelid fats and released the orbital retaining ligament. I had the procedure done without general anesthesia. I am thrilled with outcome and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kauh and her staff. Dr. Kauh was compassionate and listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain and answer my questions. She is a perfectionist and my lower eyelids look beautiful now 2 weeks post-op! The whole office visits and surgery experience were super pleasant. Office and surgery rooms are beautiful too!!

When searching for a surgeon to fix my drooping eyelids, I read many physician profiles and patient surveys. After thorough research I decided on Dr. Kauh, all of her patient surveys had very positive remarks and 5 star ratings. I am so pleased with my surgical outcome. My entire face is much brighter and my eyelids are now visible again. I have a much more youthful appearance. I definitely plan to have a brow lift next year with Dr. Kauh; she is a fine surgeon and very kind as well!

Dr. Kauh is young and beautiful however this is not the criterion of which I based my requirements for the challenge I was facing. I had a grotesque piece of fat that was protruding from my right eye which was painless but very unsightly that had to be cut off. I met Dr. Kauh and as she examined the potential operation it was her confidence, professionalism along with her acquired skills that immediately put me at ease. The procedure required me the patient to be awake while keeping my eyes in a certain direction - I am happy to report that the entire procedure was most successful. Before the procedure Dr. Kauh asked if I felt comfortable and confident to meet this challenge, I assured her that I was both due to her professional demeanor. We met three more times after the procedure to make sure that the healing was complete. This entire procedure was painless due to both her expertise in the field along with her humanitarian skills.

Dr. Kauh is an amazing physician and even more so, she is an empathetic person who cares about her patients deeply. I was going through a very difficult time in March of this year and developed a very serious eye infection from a blocked tear duct. She took me in right away and took care of the infection quickly. She then did surgery in May and if you were to see my eye, you would never know that I had surgery. You cannot see the incision. I would recommend Dr. Kauh to anyone. And I feel blessed that she is my doctor.

I want to share my experience with Dr Kaub. I was recently diagnosed with droopy eyelid condition. I needed surgery to correct the problem. Dr Kaub performed my surgery with skill and professionalism. I was a little nervous because whenever it is the eyes we are all hesitant. She put me at ease, told me every step she was doing, made sure I was properly medicated to prevent pain and proceeded with expertise. I found Dr. Kauh’s practice while googling online for a doctor associated with OSU hospital who did work with Ptosis. I had one eye that no longer opened as wide as the other eye and its appearance had bothered me for quite some time. I chose Dr. Kauh after reading so many excellent reviews of her work on the site. Right from the start Dr. Kauh was very understanding of my problem and discussed with me what she could do for me. She took time with me every step of the way. And I was so happy with the results of my surgery. Dr. Kauh went above and beyond in not only opening my one eye to match the other eye but also took fat deposits from under both eyes and tightened both upper and lower lids. I have gotten many compliments from friends saying I no longer have that “tired” look and look 10 years younger!! But most of all I really feel good about myself when I look in the mirror. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kauh to my family and friends.

I am so pleased with the surgery Dr. Kauh performed on my upper eyelids, I was not thinking my eyes were that bad, but when she showed me the before and after pictures, I was overwhelmed with nothing but good thoughts of how lucky I was to have had a doctor that cares so much for her patients.
