She is very attentive to your concerns and welcomes questions - sometimes specialists are so overbooked that they unknowingly (being kind) discourage questions. Dr. Thompson is not that type of specialist. She realizes the importance in patients understanding their conditions - improves Dr. - patient partnership.
Kathy CattanoI recently was seen by Dr. Charlotte Thompson for an eye problem and to establish care as a new patient. I found her very efficient, very kind, and extremely thorough. Dr. Thompson’s peaceful voice and caring manner calmed my initial anxiety. My visit was not hurried. The results of her testing were concluded with accuracy and “props” so I could easily comprehend. I was so impressed that I will definitely recommend Dr. Charlotte Thompson to others.
S TDr. Charlotte Thompson is fantastic. She cut out a growth I had above my eye and I literally had zero scars from her exceptional surgical skills. She listened to all of my concerns from the very first visit. Even after my insurance changed, she was out of network and I moved cities, she personally called me with a recommendation for a doctor in my city. She assured me I could call her if I needed anything else. Wow, I wish all doctors were this unassuming, skilled and caring:)
Autumn Memoirs of Spires to InSpiresThis is an amazing practice. All of Dr. Charlotte Thompson's staff are exceptional. They care deeply, are very thorough, and give you satisfaction by the amount of time and detail they spend helping their patients. Dr. Charlotte Thompson, is extremely kind, soft spoken, listens to anything you feel needing mentioned. She will go above and beyond to help her patients feel safe, comfortable, and being cared for. This is an excellent practice.
