The team at Ophthalmic Associates were all exceptionally compassionate and great at what they do. I came in for a fairly uncomfortable procedure and both the opthamologist and her assistant helped me feel as comfortable as possible and worked quickly and effectively. I can't thank them enough for providing relief to me and for taking the time to thoroughly explain my eye issue and to explain what to expect during/after my procedure. So happy with my experience here!

After several tests I learned that my vision is 20/20 and my eyes are doing well. At my age I expected to hear my vision wasn't as sharp, but the doctor said I'm doing well. If you're visiting the Ophthalmic Associates I hope you have positive news too, however I'm confident that you're in the right place no matter the situation. Parking is a little strange here, but there is a parking lot next door and it's free. Make sure the parking sign says, "Ophthalmic Associates" or you're in the wrong parking lot. There are stairs, many stairs, so expect a mild workout to visit the waiting rooms and restrooms. Cell phone coverage was fine downstairs, but the Internet connection will be much slower. I have been a patient of Elizabeth Morgan. I would not think of seeing anyone else as my care has been excellent. Dr. Morgan has become a friend, much more than just my surgeon. My last visit was particularly interesting as she took additional time to review the history of my care since coming to her for glaucoma. It provided additional insight to my disease and the stability of the eyes. The office is professional and staff welcoming and has made me feel part of the family of care takers.

Dr. Morgan is a very good doctor. She is committed, kind, and gives patients precise treatments. She listens patients’ needs very carefully. After Each appointment, my worries about my eyes are reduced. Go home feeling good! Her medical knowledges, technical skills, and discernments are excellent. In addition, she is funny, and optimistic. And beautiful!!! Can’t get better eye doctor then Dr. Morgan!! M

I recently had my eyes checked and prescription updated by Sarah Tolliver, PA. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment, and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. I felt that Sarah was genuinely interested in the health of my eyes. She was kind and personable, but above all very knowledgeable, and someone I fully trust with my vision. The entire staff was very polite, and they always introduced themselves to me which I appreciated. I highly recommend Sarah Tolliver and Ophthalmic Associates.

Busy clinic that is efficient, polite and very skilled and professional. Office staff was very polite and responsive to my needs. Dr. Franks assistant was very kind and caring with her exam and technique. I don't like people near my eyes but I hardly knew her hands were there. Dr. Frank was very thorough and knowledgeable. Found an issue that needed immediate attention and within 4 hours I had an appointment with a specialist- after the team navigated the bureaucratic waters in what seems to be record time. As far as the location, its a beautiful office. Parking was no problem. This busy little office takes people with all kinds of insurance while other offices turn people away. Great job!!

She is a truly wonderful Dr up on the latest information which is very important to me and she talks all your questions out answers them and you can go check them out as I did. Highly qualified and professional doctors, specialists and staff. I have been a patient here on and off for years but recently I've been working with Dr. Lorenz since 2015. I have a relatively complicated situation, and have had experienced a lot of discrimination and negative bedside manner when doctors could not diagnose the problem. I've only had positive experiences with this organization. Dr. Lorenz has taken great care to determine the best course of action, if any is necessary, and is great at ensuring that the patient understands the information that is necessary for their health. The only drawback, if you feel the need for one, is that the location is in a medical office area on the north edge of downtown where most people don't travel to very often. Access to the area is great, and there is plenty of parking on street, adjacent to the building if the parking lot is ever full. And sometimes you have to wait a month out for an appointment. If you need a specialist, I'd surely recommend these folks first.
