We have seen many eye doctors in Albuquerque and this was by far the best experience in the last 8 or so years. Dr. Ritz was more than kind and patient; he took the time to explain my daughter's eyes to her in a way that was informative yet easy to understand. In general, he spoke to her and not to me, which we both appreciated. She is a young teenager so it is important for her to start owning her care. Additionally, at other practices we have had to wait up to an hour for dilation, but this whole process was smooth and efficient. Thank you!

Great place to get an eye exam. The facility was very clean, and all employees were masked. Facility was arranged to promote social distancing. There was no overcrowding of patients. Technician washed her hands as needed. Exam thorough as could be. Dr. took time to explain things to me. I felt that I got a lot of bang for my buck. I left with a very positive feeling about the care I got.

The staff and Doctor was very friendly and courteous. The were fast. My appointment was at 2. I checked in about 1:40 pm they called me back at 1:55pm with the exam and q&a was out in my car by 2:40. Just amazing.

Was in the area and went in to get eyeglasses. I was greeted and helped by Francis Very professional and knowledgeable in all my insurance coverage and showed me all options. With her help i was able to find a pair that I liked and less than 2 weeks they were ready! Most pleased with Francis. I will surely go back to her God willing

The team is extremely covid aware. Which I am so grateful for. The tech was quick and officiant and extremely friendly. You can tell she loves what she does. Dr. Ritz has the most incredible bed side manner. Calm and answers questions without feeling bothered. The entire team was gracious and kind. My appt was for 3pm and wasn’t seen until 3:15pm but that comes with the territory. I also had an appt for glasses and the eye store team were very excited and willing to help. Such a wonderful experience!

I’ve always had issues getting my progressive lenses right. Previous provider in Texas usually had to make them twice but not here. They got it right on first try and Jane was wonderful

The doctor was really good and answered all my questions but the Eye shop receptionist seemed overworked and didn’t care that I waited a while I didn’t mind waiting but she didn’t acknowledge me or say hi or ask if I had an appointment. She wanted to finish everything she wanted to do before she Even said hi. Just left you hanging until she was very ready. I left a voicemail for them last week. They never called me back. I had to call again and she simply said she was too busy

Dr. Ritz is excellent 5 stars for him. I live about an hour or so away from Eye Associates so most of my communication with the staff is on the phone. Everytime I call their office it takes forever for an actual human being to answer & everytime I call it's a different person so I have to explain all over again. Feeling frustrated....I will return as a patient but I really hope the communication between staff answering the phone & patients improves.

Dr Reedy did an excellent job. He is also very professional but also nice and friendly. It is great to have a doctor you truly trust and like when you are scared about you chance at loosing you eye sight. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Incredible service! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. On my first time going to this Eye Associates, I went in on the wrong day! They were so accommodating since I had driven from Los Lunas. Kerrie (who works the front desk) did all she could to help me and made sure I was seen. Fantastic place, I will definitely be back!
