This place is awesome! We had rehearsal here and found the space to be extremely inviting and useful. I highly recommend it to anyone for their work meeting needs. We were so productive and efficient in the midst of deadlines and high level stress. The owners were very kind and accommodating, ensuring we had a successful meeting. We will definitely book the space again!

I visited Suites at Madison at one of their open houses. This was the first office that I looked at in Tampa. My business is just getting started and I thought it was going to take forever to find a convenient, central location that I liked and could afford. After visiting Suites at Madison I feel like there is no need to look any further. The management was so friendly and hospitable. The office staff was helpful and gave me a great tour of the available office space and amenities including an easy access parking garage that allows you to never have to step outside during inclement weather. When I am ready to move forward I hope they still have space available.

Being an office manager of a court reporting company, I deal with several companies renting out rooms for us to use on a daily basis, and it's not usually a pleasant experience depending on the location. We have used several other locations in the area, and none compare to the quality of cleanliness, ease of booking, and overall quality of service that these guys at Suites @ Madison provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for office space/meeting rooms. They have also recently acquired a remote video system. This system is state of the art, and it allows my clients to flawlessly stream conference calls/depositions with the simple press of a few buttons. If you're in the downtown Tampa area, and you need a space to work, definitely use these guys. You will be as impressed as I was!

Great location just two block from the Federal Courthouse and Hillsborough County Courthouse! Ideal if your main office is not in Tampa but you want a work/meeting space near Hillsborough County Courthouse or as a war room for a federal trial. The space is brand new with the latest technology and all the office equipment you'd need. Added bonus: friendly staff and good coffee!

Great on-demand office solution. I run my own business and downtown Tampa is where I usually meet clients. Instead of trying to beat the lunch rush, now I can come in, get work done and meet with clients in a quiet, professional space when I need it.

Super convenient! Closest office space to the Federal Courthouse; Clean; Organized, Had everything we needed to set-up office for a 2 week trial. Highly recommend for temporary or permanent office space.

Great place for hourly meeting rooms. I use it because of its proximity to the court house and the building department in Downtown Tampa. Easy going and friendly.
