This is one of the most hospitable and comfortable spaces I have worked in. When I first saw this facility, I was so amazed by the design, cleanliness, and personal touch that is displayed in this office setting. Anytime I need a place to separate myself from my employees, to get my own work done- SOAR Co-Working is the place I go to. I record videos for my business, and they have the perfect room that I am able to rent in order to do this. Sound proof, microphone, etc.. I truly recommend this place for anybody in need of an office environment to get your work done without any distractions!

SOAR has a variety of workspace and meeting options that have met all of my requirements. All of the workspaces and the facility are well cared for and clean, no junk chairs or desks. I also like the ambience that SOAR has, it does not look like a traditional workspace yet is still a professional and friendly environment. SOAR has done an amazing job during COVID-19. They have taken extra cleaning measures, marked work spaces to ensure social distancing, and have a clear policy on mask requirements and gently enforce them. While I am cautious about the spaces I go into, I am completely comfortable with going into SOAR and and being in a shared environment. It is the extras that I notice and enjoy, the fresh brewed coffee every morning, the lemon water all day long and the variety of snacks is awesome!

I decided to use the meeting room to do our annual gathering for our office. It is open to staff, vendors and agents. SOAR was clean and the reception from each person was friendly and inviting. Coffee and water was ready to go and the room was set for us to get started immediately for our time frame. The pricing was more than fair for a full day of services. I recently needed a quiet space to meet with an investor and get some work done while I was in the New Tampa area for a trip. Fortunately, I found SOAR. The owners were quick to accommodate my last-minute needs on a Friday when I'm sure everyone (including myself) would rather have started the weekend already. Even more impressively, they did so with a smile on their faces. It's a nice, clean setup with multi-carrier redundant wifi throughout the place. If you're visiting or live nearby, you can't be the prices and features of this place. I look forward to visiting again!

I was in town to see family and used SOAR for three days. It is an excellent facility! Clean, nice desk spaces, coffee and snacks, phone/small meeting rooms, and fast WiFi. Paula was so helpful, even meeting me a little early one day so I could host a 9am conference call with a client. SOAR is a very impressive facility, and one I would use again the next time I am in the area.

Super convenient place to get work done. If you need a quiet space...they have it, if you need a place to make calls, they have that too, if you need meeting space...they have that. I get so much more done here than trying to work from home and the staff is super friendly! Highly recommend. Oh...they have offices available for rent too...almost forgot that part.

There was plenty of space for attendees to spread out and work, and plenty of room for me to instruct. I had to use SOAR for about two months while I was trying to sell my home. I normally work from home and I needed a quite place to take phone calls since I work in customer service. The place had amazing fast reliable internet and my office was perfect for what I needed. I paid for a private office which had an electronic lock on it. COVID safety was a concern but I was quickly at ease when I saw multiple hand sanitizers and the building being sanitized frequently. Everyone there was so nice and was quick if I had any request. I personally enjoyed their break area with Lemon infused water and a fresh pot of coffee a little later. There were a few times I forgot snacks and there were some available just in case. I would HIGHLY recommend this place as a work space. If my internet goes down or I need to leave home to work again this is the first place I will go.

I needed a secure, quiet work space near to New Tampa all of last week and the SOAR Co-Working space was a perfect fit for my requirements. Paula helped set up the quick walk-through and orientation and after a quick swipe of my credit card, I was able to pick a desk in the sunny front room of the work space. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, the space was quiet and allowed for concentration when needed, and the pricing is extremely competitive. There were even phone rooms available, if you needed to take a call. There was a kitchen with chilled lemon water, a refrigerator/freezer and filtered water, as well. Paula even bought two pies for Pi Day! Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend!

I love this place! I rent out a suite and cannot think of one complaint. Paula the owner is so sweet and helpful. I also scheduled to use the conference room to teach classes and it was so easy and a great price. We love the owner and the place is absolutely wonderful. Clean, beautifully decorated and extremely affordable! If you do not want to commit to a long contract at an expensive (and outdated) office space, come to Soar Coworking, what they offer is unbeatable! High speed internet, access to a copy machine and FREE coffee are just some of the many perks... The place is perfect for those freelance workers, artists, designers, programmers, real estate agents, out of town business owners, students needing a relaxing place to study and pretty much anyone who is needing an affordable working space. My only complaint is that there are no more locations because I would benefit greatly from having this place in South Tampa. Check it out! You wont regret it!

This spa converted into a co-working SPAce combines the relaxed privacy and former decor of a spa into a productive workspace. Paula, the owner, is an accommodating and gracious host.
