I am a current tenant of NUS, having moved in back in June 2013. As a small business owner there were a few things I was looking for when deciding where to establish my Criminal Defense and Immigration Law Firm in Tampa. It had to be convenient for my clients, have a functional design, all the amenities, and a supportive staff. As a lawyer, I research everything. I went and looked everywhere. NUS was actually my last stop since Ybor was not really on my radar originally- and I'm lucky to have come in . The front office staff is warm and consistently reliable and makes this an wonderful place to spend your hard earned hours away from your family. They are pros at client service and are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you and/or your clients. Together with the clean minimalist layout, it's a really positive first impression. The location is perfect for my clients from east and west Hillsborough County. Parking is convenient. The internet is fast and always works. Mail is always delivered on time. The coffee is hot, delicious and free. They have little things an office needs like a shred box and postage meter on site. The copy machine always works. Any tech issues are immediately resolved. And the best thing: there's no sticker shock at the end of the month. You pay what they say you pay. There's no sneaky stuff here. I have represented clients who have been royally screwed by other executive suite complexes and can tell you without a doubt that this place has the best reputation in town. As a small business owner, when you want to focus on just doing your job and providing the best service you can to your clients, it's such a relief to not worry about the little things. Every new client consultation starts with a discussion of how nice my office is- which is a great way to start out any business relationship. Side note: the fellow tenants are equally helpful and friendly.

Angela at New Urban Suites was a pleasure to work with! She was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about all things executive suites. The office space is fun and urban and the amenities are wonderful! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to be in an energetic atmosphere while still doing your job!
