I just started a new sales position and my company is based out of the CoCreativ South Tampa facility. The office manager Faith Johnson is a true professional and a very sweet and pleasant lady! Very clean and well run facility. Also a great location with plenty of food choices nearby. I highly recommend this facility!

I was looking for an affordable co-working space option in Tampa and I was able to find this amazing hidden gem. Faith, the Community Manager could not have made the process of signing up any easier and is always willing to help throughout your time here. It is super clean, never gets overly busy and stays pretty quiet, so that is a big plus! There is always ample parking and the location is central to most areas of South Tampa. I could not recommend CoCreativ more to anyone looking for co-working space or an office.

I am a remote software developer living in the suburbs outside of Tampa, but I have kids that sometimes attend summer/winter break camps in Tampa. Recently my kids had a two-week daycamp in South Tampa, and I was looking for a place where I could bring my laptop to work during the day while my kids were in camp, so I would avoid driving to-and-from Tampa twice per day. CoCreativ was such a great find! Conveniently located, ample parking, quiet, clean, professional, great WiFi, and pleasant staff - especially Faith & Tony. They worked with me to accommodate my short-term need for a work space and I will absolutely be seeking out CoCreativ again every time that I need to spend work hours in Tampa.

This establishment is the most professional, kind, amazing, costumer service based, responsive, friendly, helpful business I have ever worked with. Not only do they go above and beyond for their customers, there kindness is refreshing. I work for a medical case management and investigative firm, we booked a conference room for a medical evaluation that needed to be conducted. Not only were they willing to keep there business open after hours to accommodate our needs, the owner himself stayed passed his needed time to help facilitate our meeting. We had some hiccups on our end resulting in notary and affidavit work. Not only did they go out of their way to complete our request, but they had the documents back to us in less than 1 hour. I have never worked with people so efficient and generous. I do not usually write reviews, but this is tremendously deserved. Big thanks to the sweetest office manager I have ever encountered FAITH! and the most kindest building owner Tony. Thank you for your superior teamwork, I look forward to continuously working with you. (I would be a fool to stop) =)

I've been here for about a week, and I can say that I love coming to work. I love my job but I also love the atmosphere here at CoCreativ. It is modem, clean, and everyone is so welcoming. There are offices, conference rooms, and table to work or study. I love this place all together. Faith who is the manager of CoCreativ is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed. This would be an ideal place for small businesses to come and work.

CoCreativ South Tampa has an extremely friendly and helpful staff. We've leased two offices out of there center for running online computer training classes since 2015. The people at CoCreativ have been very good at making sure our equipment and room is ready to go in the morning for our students and have been great at making sure our students are taken care of during the day. This is particularly helpful to us as we don't have any permanent staff of our own on hand at the center. We rely on the CoCreativ staff to be our surrogates when dealing face to face with our students and they do a great job. We simply couldn't operate our business without them.

Great location, best value by far among Tampa co-working spaces, and executive offices. Definitely recommend. I've been working out of CoCreativ for well over a year. Before coming here, I was working out of coffee shops; dealing with noise, distractions, and an inefficient work environment. While looking for a conference room within the south Tampa area, I stumbled across CoCreative South Tampa and spoke with Faith by phone. I was immediately impressed with Faith who answered all my questions and provided me all the details for which I could easily plug into my work meeting calendar invitation. Not only is the personnel on site, like Faith and Tony, very helpful to plan a meeting, the space is professionally equipped with all amenities. Also worth mentioning, the building is in a perfect location with plenty of parking. I highly recommend reaching out to Faith at CoCreative for your work space/meeting needs!

I work for an international software company and we use CoCreativ for our official US business address. Before we signed up for their services, I visited their South Tampa office and found super friendly staff and many options for a company office from just an address with prompt forwarding to one seat workstation, meeting space, or full scale office space. In the past, I used a few similar companies on the West Coast, but CoCreative stands out as very personal environment with such a nice family atmosphere. Highly recommended for any international company looking to establish an office in the US.

I was a client of CoCreativ for over 3 years. They provide a relaxed and motivating environment for our company to get out the house and begin to grow. I started with their smallest office and as my company grew, CoCreativ quickly moved me to bigger offices to accommodate our growth. We were not locked into anything. We even rented a 2nd office for our 3rd year. The CoCreatv staff were great and always helpful when we had special requests or meetings. There was always plenty of parking and the office is very easy to get to on the 2nd floor. Also, due to the many businesses in the space, we connected with many other small businesses, some of which became clients. I would highly recommend CoCreativ for your office needs. Well I rented here for one year while my corporate office was doing renovations. It was so easy to work with them! Very professional and kind. The office is private and secure and always looking beautiful. Communication was easy and Jason and Joseph are truly great guys and want make sure every need is taken care of and that I felt at home in my temporary office. Creative and clean environment, good location, receptionist knows us and looks for our clients to enter the space. Management staff responds to our needs and maintains good communication. Compared to other executive spaces that we use this is by far more part of the community than just a fancy building. We are enjoying our relationship with CoCreative.

At times, having no reason to leave the house, i found myself actually wasting time to get out and go anywhere just for a change of environment. I've rented CoCreativ office space in South Tampa for two years now. I have nothing but great things to say about both Joseph and Jason. Pretty much anything a member needs, they provide. For those of us who need a South Tampa virtual office for purposes of Google Maps, CoCreativ allows a unique suite number for all members, regardless of whether you hold a private office there or have a Tampa virtual office, thereby accurately reflecting an individual office rather than a common suite number for all renters. THIS IS CRITICAL for map placement on just about any search engine. More customers have found my business since I moved into CoCreativ. The South Tampa office space is always very clean and professionally maintained and in my opinion just about any business would have success there. I really can't say enough great things about my experience with CoCreativ.

People running the operation are very friendly and helpful. Our company keeps a remote office there, and this week we ran a 3-day training session for some customers that went very smoothly. They have some great technology in place to ensure that you look like you really have it together. Location is good, easy access to Kahwa coffee/tea shop (great baked goods too!) and a decent selection of restaurants. Finding the entrance to the building is a bit challenging though - hidden behind the bank drive-thru.

This is THE best work space in Tampa. This is where the real influencers come to work and hang out. It is an atmosphere comparable to none. Professional, safe working environment where referrals happen everyday just for showing up! I host all my events in this space. The training room is more cost effective than a hotel room. Less noise than Panera or Starbucks. Consistent wi-fi that doesn't shut off after 60 minutes of use. Not stuffy and stale, just warm friendly, inviting, and casual. The way business should be. If you are taking your image seriously, CoCreativ is for you.
