I've gotta rave about the renewed Labour Temple. My small business has been a tenant here for 8 years. We remained through the ownership transition to Faul Company and lived through their incredible restoration and reimagining of the building. The team poured their heart & soul into the project and brought out the heart & soul of this classic mid-century building. From the 400lb mahogany entrance door, across the spacious porcelain lobby floor, down to the Italian-inspired courtyard, and up the inspired stairs, across every floor, hallway, room, nook and cranny to the new rooftop garden, the energy and style here is incredible. The owners' office is here too, so they are hands-on and very responsive to tenants and the neighboring community of Belltown. If you're looking for office or meeting space in the area, there's no other place w/ this kind of warm, elegant, and accessible atmosphere.

This new renovation is like nothing I’ve seen in Seattle. Completely refreshed yet they brought all of the historic value and character to the forefront. If you’re looking for a community of exciting and fun people this is it. Very efficient and effective place to work and in style. Drinks on the rooftop or haircut down below. Love this place.

This is an amazing space! We recently held a company meeting and event in the downstairs courtyard area. The space was inviting and accommodating. The property managers were so easy to work with and went out of their way to get all of the details worked out and make the event a success. Our group was so impressed with the space and had so much fun it was hard to get everyone to leave! I would highly recommend Labour Temple.

Our company had our quarterly all-hands meeting for the first time at this location. What an amazing site. The ownership has taken this historical building and completely remodeled and updated it but kept the original feel of this Seattle landmark.
