Great co-working space with high end amenities. We rented an office there this year and enjoyed it a lot. There is always coffee and snacks, you can use printers and conference rooms or one of those smaller rooms for private conversations. Emily and Samantha are amazing and super helpful if you need anything. It’s located right next to Amazon so getting food at lunch time can be challenging due to long lines but if you plan accordingly it works just fine.

I’ve been working out of Industrious since February 2018, and I’ve never been more productive. The level of service from their team and quality of the office space is unparalleled. They offer breakfast every morning, snacks, weekly happy hours, regular massage and acupuncture for free, and the space itself has a ton of wow factor when I host meetings here. I highly recommend this space if you’re looking for something polished, professional, and you want to be treated like royalty. :) (Full disclosure: I served as the ambassador of the space for a few months, but I am no longer in that position).

Industrious is a warm, lively, inclusive co-working space in the heart of Seattle. I have been working at Industrious since March of 2018. I don't have enough good things to say about it! The two women who run the office, Sam and Emily, make coming to work enjoyable. They truly make you feel heard and included. They make the day to day special with planned office events, friendly emails and a variety of creative snacks and drinks. The offices are clean, modern/industrial looking, and quiet. The other teams pretty much keep to themselves which can be nice when you just want quiet days in the office. Its a wonderful place to work! Anyone from a large corporate company, to a individual contractor will love working here.

The co-working space at Industrious Seattle is designed very well and is an exciting place to work! The environment is very relaxed and the lovely staff are incredibly hospitable. Emily and Sam do such an amazing job keeping the place organized and professional, while maintaining a cheerful atmosphere. There are many events that keep each week different and exciting, without drawing you away from your work. I highly recommend setting up your offices here to allow you to focus solely on your work and leave the rest up to Industrious.

I've been working out of Industrious Seattle since August, 2018. The staff is exceptional. I feel like I have a true reception for guests, and my employees are well taken care of. Like any business, lots of day-to-day issues arise for us, and Emily, Samantha, and the rest of the team respond immediately to whatever we are facing. The space is quieter than the many WeWorks I looked at, the rooms less echo-y. It certainly feels more professional, and comparably priced. I'm very glad I chose this location over other downtown options.

I moved in to the Industrious space in June, 2018, after the group opened a second floor in their building. It seemed like a clear choice to me after reviewing other downtown Seattle co-working options -- and hasn't disappointed. Industrious is significantly more professional and upscale that other coworking options -- in Seattle, or elsewhere in the US (NYC, Boston). The amenities (daily/weekly food, events, and the like) are high-quality and continue to surprise to the upside. It's also been helpful to us to meet other tenants who have overlap with our business. Emily and Samantha are first-rate: friendly, diligent, professional, caring. Two thumbs up.

Our firm, and its members have been blissed out Industrious members for over six months now, and the Industrious team feels like part of our brand. It is hard to imagine a more ideal environment for our practice. The environment is lovely, edgy, modern, and clients describe a feeling of ease. The amenities exceed expectation - with light breakfasts snacks in the afternoon, and mingling opportunities and events. This is a special place, and the tone is set by the incredible Industrious staff, who in addition to taking care of our requests, are busy employing their thoughtfulness and generosity to come up with creative and novel ways to make seemingly ordinary work-days more fun. Industrious Seattle is full of such personal touch and commitment that it is easy to forget Industrious is a national company. In short, while the experience at Industrious Seattle is always professional, it is coming to work with a group of people who are passionate about what they do and enjoy sharing it with others.

I moved to Seattle for a job opportunity and have been working at Industrious for 3 months. I think the entire community has exceeded my expectations. Not only are Emily and Sam a dynamic-duo in management but, the level of immersion from all the companies that co-share the space, really makes it feel like a "work family". If it weren't for industrious- I'd prefer to work from home. This place is awesome, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a professional setting with a 'homey' comfort.

Industrious Seattle is a great place to come to work every day. The two ladies who run the office, Sam and Emily, are simply fabulous and are always ready to answer questions, lend a hand, and solve problems. Its a great space in the heart on downtown Seattle. I can't recommend it enough!

There's not a more comfortable and motivating place to be productive than Industrious. Of course the space is nice and the amenities are great, but the best part of the experience is by far the interactions with Industrious Staff (Sam, Katie and Emily are great!) and the other business owners and team members of all the many diverse companies in the space.

Industrious is the epitome of upscale, hospitable office space. They have a thoughtful floor plan to provide beautiful, personalized offices and suites, while curating a thriving community. Located right across from Amazon’s campus with views of The Spheres, their space provides excellent views and amenities. They partner with local coffee, pastry, and fruit vendors to provide breakfast every morning. If you want a space to get work done, meet great people, and host clients in beautifully crafted conference rooms, this is the place to be!

I recently toured the new Seattle Industrious space. The location is great with ample restaurants, coffee shops, Westlake shopping center and the medical dental building all in close vicinity. The community manager, Emily, was attentive to my personal needs and interests on the tour, pointing out where single and shared offices, and community use areas will be located upon completion of construction. She answered my multitude of questions and also offered delicious local pastries. I look forward to working in the finished product as it is bright, open, upscale and has several great views of the city. This will be an amazing community to be part of!

The Industrious space and team is spectacular. I toured the offices yesterday which are under construction now. The whole experience with Rachel and Emily -- from booking the tour to walking the space, to discussing pricing and options -- was phenomenal. Due purely to the nature of my business (client privacy reasons), I cannot take advantage of this leasing with Industrious, but I highly recommend it to fellow entrepreneurs for its value, location, and aesthetic.
