Great service from Fe Young, she is nice and tries to help as much as possible. Pro: affordable and easy paper work Con: If you rent next to the railway, be prepared for the constant loud construction noise during daytime.

Great size for the price. Right off the West Seattle Bridge so very convenient for a small business. The manager Nick takes an interest in every tenant and makes sure their needs are addressed quickly. Highly recommend!

16 reviews 5.0 star rating 4/30/2015 Updated review Hello I am PG Carr, the Handy Web Guy LLC and I've been with Activspace now for almost 10 years now. How time flies!! It is a good company. Between 2011 and 2015 I actually rented 2 units from here. If you don't want "co-working spaces" (which I certainly don't) you can get a unit here for the same or possibly less. The managers are very good. Mark takes care of your needs quickly and is professional and courteous. They do respond back (as opposed to what one complainant here said) in a timely manner Activspace has some common sense rules - No residential type belongings, no drugs, don't live here and please do not store a Nuclear Warhead in your unit. They have a good heater that will keep you warm during the winter. The units are very hot in the summer so you will want some fans or an AC to keep air flow. The units are reasonable priced, there is 24 hour access with secure keypad. Intercom now cna ring to phone of choice. The units are month to month so you are not locked in. When you move out and you follow the rules in your lease, then you WILL get your security deposit back. I have had 5 units here and always got my security deposit back. This will mean repainting the unit and making sure it is clean before you move out. Basically restoring the unit back to the shape it was before you rented it. I recommend Activspace (and no i didn't get any bonuses to write this review LOL)
