Located in the historic Semple Mansion, this beautiful, spacious office features original woodwork and hardwood floors, plenty of natural window light, views of downtown Minneapolis, and supportive amenities for my clients and I. The terms of my lease on this space were reasonable and as a huge bonus- management is always so kind, attentive, and accommodating. I am as comfortable here as I am when working from home and my clients regularly comment on how much they enjoy the space. I highly recommend renting a commercial property with Space Unlimited!

Space Unlimited as such gorgeous and breath taking venues, but we choose Semple Mansion for our events. It was so nice to work the owners who treated us like family. We had two special events for my daughter, which involved both events the same day at the Semple Mansion. We could not get over the wonderful help we got from the owners and Katherine. They were there every step of the way and made our event seamlessly. They met with us before the event day, giving us a full tour of Semple Mansion, and went over the lay out of the table set up for both events. The first event was on the first floor, and the second event was on the second floor, both of which have such a unique look and feel. We still can't get over the beauty of venue and was so sad when our event was over. Big events can always be stressful, but the smiles of the staff members and the wonderful help we got, was beyond we could have asked for and took such a load off our mind. I highly recommend this venue and take lots of pictures, the place has so much beauty. The guest have not stop talking about the venue, and that is thanks to Semple Mansion and the staff that make it all work. Thank you so, so much.

From the moment we met David and Kristi we knew there was something special about their approach to commercial real estate. We have rented at Northwind Lofts through Space Unlimited for 2 years and have had a great experience. The building is truly vintage with exposed brick and hardwood beams. We have met a number of the other tenants and they are all great people. The building management has been very helpful and responsive to our requests. Lastly, the price is very reasonable, which is greatly appreciated.

It's just a 5 minute drive from downtown Minneapolis and has flexible leasing terms, kind owners and beautiful offices. The historic building is really unique with the exposed brick, wood walls and polished concrete floors. The owners are very accommodating and responsive.

READ THIS IF YOU ARE DEBATING RENTING WITH SPACE UNLIMITED! This will be a very detailed review, but to summarize all of it — the owners, the staff, and the leasing agents at Northwind Lofts are some of the most extraordinary people who help you no matter the circumstances. and my circumstances were pretty crazy! I started an agency in February last year and decided to go with Northwind. Right away, David was incredibly kind and helpful, and they had staff members help move all of my furniture by using their giant freight elevator. Move-in was the quickest I have ever had - definitely under an hour. My unit was beautiful, and the owner, Kristi, was super kind and helpful in creating the space of my dreams. We installed a photography backdrop and painted the walls our brand’s colors. We were at Northwind for a little over nine months and had committed to a two-year lease when myself and the other founder decided to take full-time positions. I had to move to Arizona in under a month and was very concerned I would not get my unit leased. Kristi (owner of Northwind) helped me by getting their leasing agent, David Poyerd, to advertise my unit. Dave was excellent and spent hours and hours independently showing my unit. They spread the word on Facebook, Instagram, and other sites. Even after I had to move, they continued to get the unit released, and in just a month, they had gotten me out of my lease agreement and signed with a new individual. These people live out what they speak. They tell their tenants that they will help you if emergencies happen, work with you, and make sure you aren’t screwed over. That’s precisely what happened to me. They even gave the new tenants a $100 discount on the lease and bit the bullet on cost for me as well. Kristi and David are both some of the kindest, most caring people you will ever meet! Getting me out of my lease was just one small example of the excellent service I received while staying with them. They constantly helped me with any concerns or updates, continually improve the space, and work to create the best environment for their tenants. This was hands down the best RENTING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! Thank you to everyone at Northwind!

I have been a tenant for 6 years at the North Wind lofts location, my building is constantly being updated and improved creating a positive atmosphere. The staff at corporate have always responded to any of my concerns or questions in a timely fashion. The building is a refurbished warehouse with beautiful 22ft oak ceilings, my staff and I enjoy the big open space and my clients are impressed with the building as well.
