My group of 20+ friends all working in tech LOVED this space! Gabriela and Ashley were the bests hosts we could ask for. We are a group of hardcore NFT collectors called, Proof. We stopped by for a conference for a week. There is just an unreal amount of welcoming vibe to the space. The people working there are great to talk to, they have all the best facilities I've seen in a coworking space. We hosted a little party in the evening and that went smoothly too. The team is extra responsive!

I'v been a member for three months now and Novel Coworking has been a great office space for my design business. Great location, plenty of amenities, friendly staff and members, and affordable pricing. I came from another coworking space and I'm very happy with my decision!

Highly recommend Novel as an exceptional value for office space along with great amenities. I love the modern feel, a staff that is very responsive to our needs, and easy access to skyways for food/shopping, etc. And, it doesn't hurt that they have gourmet coffee/espresso/lattes, etc. at our finger tips at no additional cost. We just have a coworking membership and we love being out in the open community/networking space. The interior design is fun and creative which adds to the community development! Love love love the staff! Highly recommend!

Our company toured many of the co-working spaces in downtown Minneapolis and we chose the Novel-TriTech Center. It was the best decision we've made moving here. The community manager is super friendly and has accommodated all of our requests, making the transition from a traditional office to a co-working space very smooth. It has beautiful modern decor, is skyway connected, and offers great amenities and fun community events. It is an affordable option where we have everything we need in one space. We would highly recommend!

Novel is a great co-working space! It has a friendly environment, a great community manager, (Olivia), and beer on tap! It's a fantastic place to get work done, network with co-workers, and make new friends! It's the most affordable co-working space in Minneapolis, and probably the Twin Cities, but doesn't cut corners to be the least expensive! I'd highly recommend joining!

I absolutely LOVE working at Novel! It's a beautiful space, accessible to the skywalk system, pretty quiet...but has lots of fun events throughout the months! Olivia, the community manager, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome! She's a breath of fresh air every time you walk in the door! So cherry and fun! Olivia organizes events like Thank You Thursday, a monthly breakfast and card making event, encouraging you to send a thank you card to clients and mingle with other Novel co-workers! She has also done bake-offs, chili competitions, Halloween events, etc! So creative and always a fun time! Seriously, (price aside), Novel is the best deal for co-working in Minneapolis. I love the vibe and I adore coming to work here!

I love being able to work in this Novel space! It is updated beautifully, and our office suite is spacious with plenty of windows. The community manager, Olivia, makes it feel like just that... A community! She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and hosts fun events for us. Obviously highly recommend :)

Being new to the area, I was eager to find a co-working space not only for the amenities but to have a sense of community. Novel has delivered above and beyond--a fantastic place to get work done and a friendly home-away-from-home. Olivia is an incredible community manager--attentive to all client needs and always cooking up some sort of event to bring the space together. Highly recommend.

Have had the privilege of working in a Coworking space at Novel for the past 6 months. The amenities are top notch with a staff that's extremely friendly and always willing to make accommodations. Can't say enough good things about Patrick and Olivia! Highly recommend reaching out to them if your in the hunt for a Coworking space downtown!
