Expansive is a wonderful place to work. I have my own private office for my company within the co-working floor. I have been with Expansive ince March of 2020. It has wonderful amenities and a great community. The office manger, Abbey, is fantastic and always is there to help when anything is needed! I recommend this space for anyone looking for a nice office space in the heart of downtown Milwaukee!

Abbey , the Community Manager is the best there is. Apart from the broken coffee machine for 5/6 months , all our other experiences have been positive. We were on the 4th floor and our suite are always cleaned on a daily basis. Abbey has been very accommodating to our needs and is always there to help out. I recommend this co working location!

Our company has been at Expansive for almost a year now and we absolutely love it here. Between the community events and mingling with other businesses, it has become such a unified and inclusive work space. You get to meet people from all different backgrounds and walks of life. Milwaukee's Expansive location is a top-notch space to work and meet people. The building has secure access, great internet, and the workstations are always clean. Abbey, the operations manager is always a friendly face to chat with and address any concerns you have about the building. I'd highly recommend this space if you're looking for a new place to work from.

I think the Novel Coworking Cathedral Square is a great place to work. Abbey makes everyone feel at home and I could not ask for more. Coming from a large investment building to Novel has saved me thousands of dollars and the new atmosphere is great. I would recommend this place to anyone that is downsizing or just need a change. I could not be happier.

Expansive has been an absolutely amazing office location for the company I work for. Nice, clean and the workers here are also some of the best I have encountered. Jeremy Hengst was extremely responsive, professional and very helpful to all of my concerns. A location I would highly recommend.
