It's cool to have access 24/7 BUT, going up and down the stairs with heavy equipment sux. And the parking lot is small. I don't feel safe leaving my car in the street with bums walking around. This building would have been alot cooler if an elevator was available since all rehearsal rooms are in the second floor.

My band has been renting a room here for about 6 mos and going , open 24/7 best in town. The owner Kurt is a really cool guy.

They were recently purchased and the new owners made some upgrades. Pin pad access at the door, ductless AC in every room and some other upgrades I'm not clear on. Only been twice. The rent did double, from $300+ to $700. The AC might be worth it in the summer, we'll see.

Cheap place for rehearsal, cool atmosphere, and super chill management. Never had an issue with any other tenant. Great recording studio as well. Kirk is the man. If your parents or neighbors hate you for playing too loud, you should definitely check em out.

Great place to practice, they have rooms of all different sizes/rates they're rented out by the month. There is also a recording studio on site that is run by the owner/proprietor Kirk. He is one of the most laid back guys you'll ever meet and is great to work with, just don't let anyone drunk near his couch. Sorry Kirk, I couldn't resist.

This place has potential to be a lot better. It's always filled with gross cigarette smoke, the floors creak when you walk down the halls (sketchy), and it's a pain in the butt to have to haul your gear up & down that giant set of stairs.

The owner Kirk is a great business owner of such a legendary business and I definitely enjoy rehearsing here!

Owner is really cool, my band came from All over the country to film a movie and needed a rehersal spot for the song we were doing, very secure and very friendly

Reasonably priced. Decent size rooms. Pretty chill about rent, they don't really sweat you about it until it gets unreasonably late.

We have rented rehearsal space for about 4 months and it was okay, but the building is old and air conditioning is there only when your there, so expect hot room and stale atmosphere when your there, noise bleed is average and can be annoying if your not playing heavy metal or hardrock or something loud...just visit the place and see for your self, goodluck
