Moved in a week ago and no issues. I got a good size unit for 2 people upstairs with big windows facing north. I had looked at a couple other office spaces and this one was the best and their rent is competitive. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Marlen, the office manager, makes sure you're taken care of. The signing and move-in process was so quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Excellent place for a small business to begin. The receptionist staff is top notch and the landlord is very friendly. They provide free internet and they have two conference rooms and a day room available at no cost. The cleaning staff is also very good. The tenants are all very professional and clean. The rent is comparable to other suites but they provide more services.

The office staff here was always professional and courteous to me and my guests. Great meeting rooms and accessibility at a reasonable rate. The facility is very clean and inviting. Compared many other facilities and by far the best value.

Easy to get to in a car or on public transit! The parking lot was a messed up and needed to be replaced! The office building I went into was a little messy and the bathrooms could have used a good cleaning! But, if you need an executive office for a few months.....it's cheap rent and you get a few amenities!

This is where HomEquity Real Estate inc is located. The secretaries at front desk make THEE BEST coffee They come in at 9:30 AM though.. Jason is a Notory if you ever need something notorized. He does charge . There are several businesses located in this particular building 1810 but i am only familiar with HomEquity. The place is well kept bathrooms are clean. Lots of parking and reserved cover parking. They are closed on weekends. Except for scheduled visits or appointments.

Amazing and superb staff! Excellent business amenities (T1 lines, data phones, wi-fi, new all-in-one high volume printers, shredding service, conference rooms, lounge/waiting area, coffee room with refrigerator, lunch room, ample parking, etc.)
The business center is conveniently located East of Las Vegas Strip! Near all kind of restaurants to get your grub on!
