I found this place at very short notice for 3 months in Vegas. Their property was conveniently located, the property had adequate security and management was very prompt and helpful with everything we asked for. There was an A/C leak and they didn't charge us for 2 days of the stay which was much appreciated. I dealt with Michael Yee quite a bit and he was always very polite and very responsive. I'd recommend 702 housing to anyone looking for temporary furnished housing in Las Vegas.

In June 2022, I relocated from Florida to Henderson, Nevada. Was originally going to stay at the Holiday Inn Express-HIE, but within a day of being there, my car was broken into on hotel grounds and suitcases stolen. I no longer felt safe and was anxious during my entire stay. Hotel Management did nothing to alleviate my anxiety or try to make the situation better. I was desperately searching for a month to month furnished housing and found the 702 Housing website. I submitted an application but did not meet the timeline for processing. I sent an email and Sam (I think he's the manager) from 702 Housing contacted me almost immediately on a Saturday. He offered to expedite my application to try to relocate me over the weekend. Never mind that he had a commitment that he needed to get to. I did not want to impose and we agreed that a housing coordinator would contact me Monday AM. True to his word, on Monday, Michael, 702 Housing Coordinator contacted me early Monday AM and started the paperwork process. Bottom line, I was out of HIE within a day and was in a gated community! Michael Yee, 702 Housing Coordinator assisted me every step of the way and was very customer service oriented and went above and beyond to assist. The apartment was fully furnished, had basic kitchen items for those wishing to prepare meals and washers and dryers in the units. For those future visitors requiring a month to month residence, I would highly recommend that you consider 702 Housing for future stays! I will not hesitate to contract with them should I need to in the future.

We had an early flight into Vegas that was well before my check in time. We made a booking online the day of, then headed to the location. It was a smooth and easy check in process. Grace was so sweet and helpful. She even called us to make sure everything is ok and there's no issue with the unit. They allowed us to check-in earlier than the usual and the place is good and well-maintained. Totally saved us the headache and hassle. Absolutely recommend this company. Thank you so much.

I stayed here for approximately four months when I first moved to Las Vegas for work. It was a perfect solution for me, as the location was incredibly convenient for everything in town, and it was pet friendly. This is a popular area for temporary residents, so you get a lot of people coming and going, but you also have permanent residents, and I never had any issues. The area is also gated off with very good security, so I never felt unsafe. I would recommend it.

This is our second time staying in an apartment booked through 702 Housing. Our unit, in the Flamingo Palms, was located across the street from the Rio Hotel and very convenient to access the strip and I-15. On both visits, the unit was very clean, and contained dishes, pots, pans, etc. We felt very safe, as it is a gated complex, and the security guards can be seen frequently walking / riding around the complex. We would readily stay here again for any stays in excess of 1 month.

702 Housing is PERFECT if you're looking for an extended stay community in Las Vegas. The location is close to the strip and within easy walking distance to the Palms, Rio, and Gold Coast casinos. Plenty of easy shopping close by as well. The unit I stayed in was great. The security guards provide excellent service too. Adam provides EXCELLENT customer service should you have an inquiry and he made the application process a breeze. I can't wait to go back and I live in Australia..!!!

Recently relocating to Las Vegas, this place was awesome. Lease by month, price at a fraction of hotels, rooms are large with WiFi, TV and cooking option. You have a stove, you have your own laundry. Very protected, with high security. People are warm, friendly and we didn't have one problem. Adam Sanchez took our e-mails and answer in minutes. Place was exactly as in picture. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to live in this place. For who is interested I had the appartment Tranquility #215 Las Vegas, NV Was really cool in summer, quiet and I slept really well in the bed.

I stayed in one of there condos just west of the strip for almost a year for work. They had everything I needed in the apartment ready to go. When maintenance issues arrived they had someone usually out that day or first thing the next day. As someone that had never lived in Vegas it was a great comfort knowing that I was in a quite gated community. Pricing is a little on the higher side but having all of the utilities and cable/internet included it’s not a bad deal. If I go back I would be more than willing to rent from them again.

I made a reservation as I'm meeting some people for work. When I got there, everything is so clean. The place is great as it was advertised. The one who took care of my reservation is great as she was very helpful with my concerns and inquiries. It's a well deserved 5-star!

I had a great experience when me and my brother spent some time at The Mint! Excellent service especially with Grace who is so nice, friendly, and easy to deal with! Highly recommended and will surely come back!
