My brother and I went through a very frightening experience when our Mother had a stroke a few weeks ago. When she was released from the hospital I called Monica and Christine at The Fountains at River Vue. They were amazing. River Vue is a beautiful community. After talking with Monica and Christine giving them all the details about our Mom and what she needed, they were a true sense of calm in our chaos. I couldn't recommend The Fountains at River Vue enough but most importantly the wonderful people who work there!

The Fountains at Rivervue is a facility that I would recommend in many ways. From the first day my husband was welcomed by friends, and interested by the great choice of activities and entertainments that are proposed every day to residents. They have their meals in a real restaurant with a menu, and ''the food is delicious'' , All and every spaces are well maintained and clean. Doctors, medical and paramedical services are great,. At last, the outdoor is in a wonderful environement directly accessible for those who want to enjoy a sunny day.

My mother is a new resident at The Fountains. My family and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. They truly care about the residents. The residents also look out for each other. We definitely have peace of mind knowing she is being cared for by these amazing people.

After visiting a few places, I decided to place my mother at The Fountains at RiverVue. I was worried that my mother won't like living in an Assistance living place but the Fountain change all that. She been living there only a short while but has praise about the staff on how they are very attentive to her needs, their friendliness and always making sure she is not in need of anything. The food has been excellent (my mother is very picky as to what she eats). She has asked me how I every found this place and is very grateful I did. If you need to place a love one, this is the place to be....Thank you to the staff at The Fountain!

The Fountains has become a wonderful home for my mother. She loves the comfort and privacy of her own apartment, has made good friends and feels safe and secure. The Fountains staff sees to all of this, with a diverse offering of outside and in-house activities and such daily support services as she requires. When she was not longer able to manage living alone, we helped her choose an assisted living facility as a new home. My siblings and I are very happy with how the Fountains enables our mother to continue to thrive. We can confirm many of the other positive reviews. As for negative reviews, I can only state that assisted living solutions work best when family stays involved and regularly communicate with staff. Our mother could move elsewhere, but she cannot imagine a better place than the Fountains as her permanent home.

Its a great place. my family member is really happy. she gets to do things she could not do at the nursing home she was at. horrible place.. then i met DESIREE LARA. she is in sales. the most professional and courteous and caring and knows how to treat residents and their love ones .bottom line. we would not be there without her. not to mention the rest of the staff. all great. My great aunt lives at The Fountains and I can't say enough about the place and all of the staff there. What an amazing place! Residents are always well taken care of and happy. Every time I go there the residents are always doing the various activities going on there. I stayed once for an art history lecture that is given monthly by the Director of the New York Arts Exchange and I was so impressed. I sleep well at night knowing that my aunt is so loved and well cared for. Thank you to all RiverView staff!

My dear friend's mother is currently living at The Fountains at Rivervue. Recently, I want for a visit and found this place so warm, welcoming, and engaging. There were many activities going on, and all the residents looked happy and engaged. I was very impressed with this community. I would recommend The Fountains to anyone who wishes to have their family member in a caring environment with wonderful and creative activities.

My Aunt lived at the fountains and there is something about this place that makes you feel like you are home with family! When you first walk in you are greeted by the most amazing living angel on earth her name is Keisha! I have never met anybody so kind and so sincere and genuine and her love all the guests that live there! She is an amazing person! She always gave me comfort and great advice! Also Stacy was one of the caregivers who is so kind to my aunt as well just incredible! I will be forever grateful to all of them! I would eat dinner at the Fountains once a week with my aunt the food is was always so good! I tell Keisha all the time make sure you save a spot for me for when my day comes! Thank you to all the staff! Forever grateful!

Fountains goes the extra mile to ensure not only the safety but mental well being of the residents during this pandemic. Their periodic emails keep families well informed on current conditions. The staff are always available and attentive. I rest easy knowing my loved one is staying at the Fountains
