I am a resident at Gold Crest Care Center. Here for short term rehab. Got here a week ago. Rehab is amazing. Everybody is very very nice, tentative, caring and loving. The Administrator is very kind and helpful!

I am being discharged home from Gold Crest today after 2 weeks of rehab for my fractured ankle. I had an amazing experience here. When I came I was bed ridden and I am leaving on my feet. The facility is nice and the staff is wonderful! This is my 4th rehab center in 2 years and deff my best experiance!

I work in this facility for more than 10 years and I also had a family admitted here. This newly renovated facility is located in the Bronx. It is a small facility where residents are treated like family. The staff members are professional and good in what they are doing. I highly recommend this place if you or your loved ones need rehabilitation or care that cannot be done at home.

I am currently at Gold Crest Care Center for rehab post a leg amputation. I am very happy with the care I am getting here. Staff is professional and accommodating. Facility is clean and nice. Rehab has done a great job with me. I will miss this place when I go back home. I would like to add that the recreation staff are amazing and keep the place jumping with joy and excitement! Gold Crest care center is amazing! My aunt have been staying here for some years and I admire the dedication of the nurses that take care of the patients. They make themselves available to assist the families and offer support when needed. This center is lovely. Place is always clean and organized. The amount of care and professionalism of the employees would make you be indebted to their level of service.

My grandmother spent 3 month here for rehabilitation because I couldn’t care for her due to the pandemic and work. As a nurse in the city I felt so guilty I was overwhelmed with work but thanks to Gold Crest and their amazing staff the whole transition was easy and the staff there were comforting and kept my mind at ease. They have great options like Video chats where I could see my grandmother and even offered “door to door” transportation for visitors. This place was perfect and I’m glad I allowed my grandmother to go to a rehabilitation center directly from the hospital where she received the care she needed before coming home. So grateful for this place.

EXCEPTIONAL!! No words can describe the awesome care my dad receives at Gold Crest Care Center. (I had two aunts there as well, last year). The facility is exceptional on all ends. Outstanding nursing care, the staff is compassionate and caring. Rehab is amazing, they work wonders. Food is delicious, Dad never lets me bring outside food, he loves the food. Recreation does a great job, always something fun happening, just positive vides throughout the facility at all times. The facility is in great condition, very well kept and always shining. Would definitely recommend!!!

I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews but my grandmother spoke so highly of this facility that I couldn't wait to leave a review for a place that took great care of my loved one. Everyday I visited her, she raved about how friendly and kind the staff treated her and how she truly felt like they were family by the time she left. When I visited, I was most impressed by how meticulously clean all the rooms and common areas were kept. Another thing worth mentioning is how much she enjoyed the meals there. Highly recommend this establishment!

This facility is in the perfect neighborhood with lots of on street parking. Its is small with 175 beds which makes the facility’s nurse to patient ratio perfect. Nurses are hands on and caring. This facility is super clean. I highly recommend. By far the best care in the Bronx. True heros work here and love what they do.

By far the best rehabilitation center in the Bronx. This place offered free uber rides and covid test for visitors. My grandmother received the best rehab and was home fully recovered. I am grateful for the staff. So glad that Natalie Nuñez helped me every step of the way when it came to transitioning her from the hospital to the facility. Thank you so much to all the staff at Gold Crest Care Center. I highly recommend. The time and care given at the GCCC is highly appreciated and needed in times like these.

Gold Crest Care Center is beautiful home with all you need about care. They take care of their residents very well. Is a place of human touch is very important. They put their patients first. Good nurses, rehabilitations center where patients go and get better recover ready to go home. This facility also have 24 hours Nurses and Supervisors available for you need. Also they have a very good administrator who is available to you if need be.

Everyone is so nice and diligent. My 75 y/o grandma been staying here for the past 5 months, she loves it, she made new friends and is all she talks about. I went to Gold Crest Care Center last week, to visit with my friends Mom, who is a resident at the facility. I was so impressed on how beautiful and clean the facility was. I asked my friends Mom(Mrs.J) how she like living at Gold Crest Care Center and she stated that she was very happy with the staff, her room, food and being able to go downstairs to the main dining room to playing bingo etc. I spent about 2 hrs visiting with her and I could see how attentive and caring the staff was to her and the other residents. I have visited many Nursing Homes throughout my lifetime and Gold Crest Care Center is truly a 5 star Nursing facility. Thank you for taking such good care of my friends Mom(Mrs.J) .. Mariann

My Mother received rehabilitation here and it was perfect because they offer onsite dialysis a well which made it easier for her. She didn’t have to be transported back and forth 4 times a week. Gold crest accommodated all her medical needs before returning home. The on-site Dialysis was AMAZING and the rehabilitation is the best in the Bronx. I recently visited Goldcrest Care Center and found it to be an immaculate facility. The facility had a stunning lobby, and was modernized and fully updated. A few days ago I went with a friend to visit a relative and I was very surprised by the excellent service and attention at the center. The level of hygiene in the center is incredible, as is the warmth of the facilities. You can notice the efficiency and service immediately you walk in.
