I was recommended to Jordan Frey when my aunt was struggling with dementia after being placed at Atria on Hudson. He helped me setup her transition to the perfect facility that helped care for her issues as well as provide a comforting, private environment to live. I'm so happy and relieved that he was able to assist me during this difficult time with care and consideration to her needs and respect for her requirements. He was incredibly informative, insightful and responsive to all my questions and needs. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs care advice.

Jordan at CarePatrol is amazing. The process to find the right fit for an elderly family member is daunting but his help in locating, coordinating, and arranging visits to assisted living communities was instrumental in making the search easy and virtually effortless! His expertise and knowledge in what was best for my family member, as well as his honesty and enthusiasm was greatly appreciated. Helping her find a place that would support her care needs and meet her financial goals was an extremely important factor in our decision making.

Rich Russo helped me find a memory care facility for my wife. You won't go wrong using his services. He advised me on setting criteria for making a selection. He knew the facilities first hand and provided excellent counsel about their strengths and weaknesses. Rich set up the site visits and accompanied me on them. He participated in my interviews with the staff members, asking questions that elicited information and insights relevant to decision-making. In addition, he was available on short notice, empathic, easy to communicate with, and available for follow-up consults. I recommend him without reservation.

My sisters and I connected with Rich after our mother suddenly passed away and we found ourselves caring for our 93-year old father who has dementia. We didn’t know where to begin, and all of this in the midst of Covid. From the start, working with Rich was like talking with family. He educated us on how assisted living facilities work, in addition to all the restrictions and changes during the pandemic. He was responsive to our calls and emails and supportive all along the way. We appreciated both his years of experience as well as his knowledge of each facility and the staff running them. With his guidance, we found the right location not only for our father, but also for our family. We love the staff who've been wonderful with our Dad and supportive for us during this transition, especially during Covid. Rich was definitely heaven-sent -- we are so grateful to him, and would highly recommend his services to other families.

Rich Russo was instrumental in helping us find a memory care facility for our 93 year old father who suffers from dementia. He was very knowledgeable, & provided us with the necessary guidance at a time that was both emotional & difficult for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with elderly care placement.

Richard Russo is amazing. Finding the right place for my mother after her stroke seemed like a daunting task. In stepped Mr. Russo. Within hours I had a list of places and their availabilities. He then arranged tours of assisted living facilities and meetings with their directors which he accompanied me on. Richard also met with my mother so he could more easily match her to the right place. All of this AT NO COST TO ME! His fees come from the facilities which he seems to have excellent relationships with. Truly a wonderful person and an incredible service to help the elderly and their families.

Richard Russo at Care Patrol has my highest recommendation. He has helped us twice, and his assistance and expertise were invaluable on both occasions. A few years ago he helped me find an independent living facility for my mom at a time when I was having to make arrangements for her care in difficult circumstances. More recently, when my mom started to decline, Richard helped us to find the right assisted living facility for her. Richard is an expert guide to the elder care wilderness.

Little did I realize that being introduced to Richard Russo and Jeremy Gardner at Care Patrol would be so fortuitous. My mother’s discharge from her rehab facility came about rather suddenly and, sending her home was not an option given the continued care she needed after surgery for a broken hip after a bad fall in her home. I met Richard and Jeremy from Care Patrol and they introduced me to a facility that was clean, new and would be able to meet all of my mother’s healthcare needs. Their relationships with the numerous care institutions give them a great advantage of matching the right place with the right person as well as knowing what facilities have availability. Had I not met Care Patrol, I would not have found The Ambassador Assisted Living facility in White Plains. We moved my mother in last Tuesday afternoon and, I could not be more pleased with the level of care and attention to detail The Ambassador offers. Everyone from the front desk to dining room and everyone else in between have been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. My mom loves the property, the food and is settling in well. I took my dad up there to visit her and he was really impressed with how nice it was - something I would never have ever thought I would hear my father say. I can not believe we were able to land her in such a wonderful place.
I owe Care Patrol a debt of gratitude for finding my mother a home where she will be safe and sound and have everything she could possibly ever need at her fingertips. It’s a dream come true for my family.

I was introduced to Richard Russo while my 101 year old Dad was in rehab at King Street Rehab (in Rye Brook, NY) after suffering a fall at his prior assisted living facility in NJ. My goal was to find the best assisted living facility that would be suitable for him, after his rehab was complete. Rich was knowledgeable, caring, attentive...and went the extra mile in helping me find that match. I wholeheartedly recommend his expertise to families similarly looking to help parents and other elderly relatives, find their right living arrangements as they age, and as their needs and circumstances change.

I was at my wits end when the assisted living community my brother had been living in refused to take him back after they sent him twice to the emergency room. Chris recommended another assisted living community close by that could manage his various medical issues. Chris got the wheels in motion and within 1 week we moved him in. It was amazing what a difference in care. He got well and no more trips to the hospital. Chris is very knowledgeable and really understands your special needs.
