I have visited and interacted with the staff at Bronx Park Rehab & Nursing Center over the years as guardian for a couple of residents there. My experience has been very positive. The staff is welcoming and caring. Jaclyn Ryan, the Director of Social Services, is exemplary. She is very knowledgeable and highly diligent and responsive to requests and issues regarding the residents. She has a warm and pleasant demeanor, demonstrates genuine concern, and goes above and beyond to help. She is a true asset to the facility, the residents and their loved ones. Jackie is awesome !

As the primary caretaker and contact person for one of Bronx Park's residents, I want to commend the efforts of the staff members from all departments. Their collaborative work efforts are admirable. While my friend has since passed, it's important to share the positive experience I've had there. The level of communication has always been open and the response time of my many inquiries was impressive. I want to especially thank Jackie, Director of Social Services. Her transparency, kindness and understanding are very much appreciated. She always had kind word and gave direction in my time of need. Very sincere thanks and appreciation to you all :)

The Bronx Park Rehabilitation is a tremendous place for your loved ones to be where they can receive professional and family centered care. My uncle has been staying here and it is one of the best decision our family made. Since my uncle has been here he has improved amazingly well. Thank you to all the staff on the 2nd floor, including his social worker, dietitian, therapist, nurses and their assistance. Well done all and keep delivering high-quality service.

I could not speak more highly of Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. They treated my brother who was admitted not once but twice. Each time he was treated with proper and compassionate care. Staff was very sensitive to my brothers needs and accommodated my request happily. I really felt the importance and care that my brother needed was followed upon. Staff updated us on his plan of care all questions were answered and met in a timely manner. Thank you for your services and continue hard work that you serve the community.

This facility provided compassionate care for my brother. The staff were very helpful and exceptional in providing meals, medications and transportation. Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a SUPERB place for quality of life, person-to-person care, and everything wonderful from outstanding clinical care in sustaining the health and well-being of their patients/residents as well as enhancing their life in daily activities. My brother is a resident there and is doing extremely well. Thanks to a wonderful Administrator, Steven, and his professional staff that have the qualities of compassion and empathy from Jackie, The Director of Social Services and Rose, The Social Worker and Linda, The Nurse, Melissa, The Dietician and Doris, The Physical Therapist. These are just a few of the wonderful and caring employees that enrich the life of my Brother, Gary. The staff calls me periodically throughout the year and each of them give me an update on how well he is doing. He has gained weight which he desperately needed to do and he contributes to all the social activities thanks to this wonderful and caring staff. I THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM for they are fantastic and provide the best possible care for their patients in making sure they are happy and healthy on a daily basis. Excellent and dedicated staff members from all disciplines! The facility provides short-term care, long-term care as well as comfort/ hospice care at bedside. At critical life moments, staff really gets to know each resident and their loved ones and in understanding their unique needs.Whether healing from a serious illness or making a life transition, to restorative therapy, this facility can assist!

Family oriented facility. Doors are always opened for all disciplines including administration and director of nursing who is always readily available and hands on. Amazing staff all around from all disciplines. Wonderful rehab staff for sure. Most importantly, the Social Services department is absolutely amazing in communicating with residents and their loved ones from admission to discharge planning to reaching each department and getting all your questions answered! Director of Social Work Jackie is fantastic!!! I have never come across a social work who is readily available to assist and really gets to know her residents and family members. She informs residents/families about updates, changes in status and participation in care plan meetings. Very detailed and does an excellent job with discharges and community services that is needed. She also does follow up calls after discharge to assure all services have been met. She goes above and beyond in trying to accommodate and meet the needs of every resident and their loved ones. She is truly a gem!! The staff aims to make a difference in the overall psychological well-being and healthy outlook of all the residents being served. I thank you!

Until recently, I worked for a Guardianship Company in the Bronx as a Care Manager and legal guardian, and was responsible for several clients at Bronx Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Jaclyn Ryan, as Director of Social Services was pleasant and professional, and always returned my call if she was out of the office or in a meeting. I worked with Directors of Social Workers at other Nursing Homes as well, but Jaclyn seemed the most organized. I often interacted with Social Worker Rose Sarasua, who always provided timely client updates, and was my point of contact with other staff members of the facility. I would highly recommend Bronx Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, to anyone considering a “new home” for a loved one.

Wonderful staff. Everyone is so friendly and happy. My family is very happy with the level of care and attention. Social services staff gives outstanding attention. Jackie is highly competent and responsive. She is always available to assist.
