My parents are residents and have been there for approximately 3 months. I must say, the staff are very caring, thoughtful, very attentive to their needs and extremely pleasant. This is my family’s first experience with a nursing home and the employees have made the transition so much easier. We made the right decision when deciding to go with Bainbridge. Thanks you all the wonderful staff. Keep up the great work.

First Impression: The posted signs and the protective gears to keep visitors in compliance was impressive. The man at the front desk was very welcoming, guided me through the pre screening process and he even came from behind the desk to show me to the Dialysis Unit. The facility is clean, everyone I came in contact with was quite helpful and polite. The music playing was very uplifting, puts you in a happy place and makes you sing along. I even stopped by The Physical Therapy and observed the patience, and intensity of the staff to patient relationship. You can just tell by observation that they care deeply for the patients and their recovery.

My Dad stayed 20 days for short-term rehab due to a fractured femur. The care he received at Bainbridge was exceptional. As a healthcare professional I know the challenges we face daily. I was happy with the Covid safety precautions the facility has in place. Nurse Manager Jamel kept me updated on any changes in my father’s care. The nursing staff was very caring and attentive to his needs. Special thanks to CNA Ms. Clark and HHA Luciani who went above and beyond for my Dad. Shout out to the rehab staff who are hardworking and dedicated to their patients. They had him up and walking in no time. The progress he made was amazing. Last but not least, I would like to thank the Social Workers who handled his case in working diligently to ensure home care services were in place prior to discharge. I highly recommend this facility for anyone that is in need of Rehab and Nursing Services!

Wonderful place to take your loved ones, the staff is attentive and professional and they treat you and your loved ones like family and they actually care and answer all of your questions, I feel safe coming here, If I get sick and of age.

Bainbridge nursing home has compassionate and professional staff. The recreation department has many activities for the residents. I recommend this SNF to all my friends and families.

Staff is nice. Just had a bunch of nat's flying around. Very unfortunate to visit and swatting flies the whole time. Had to be frustrating to the patients too

When do a patient get Oral Care ??and Range Of Motion?? my Family been here for a year without Both, why do patients get left in Jerry chairs for SIX Hours at time?? I found for myself that Staff have got very comfortable with breaking their OWN RULES. Can the Owner change this situation???????
