I was given a tour with Judy Forrest from the Atria. She is such a lovely person and took so much time showing us around. I got such a warm and cozy feeling from the Atria!! It is truly a lovely place filled with love and caring. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living facility. ♥️

I would like to highlight Judy Forrest, who is the sales director at Atria Riverdale. A transition like this, to an assisted living facility is an emotional, stressful and somewhat scary transition. Therefore, having someone who is there to support and facilitate you in this transition really matters. Usually, sales are not my favorite people, but Judy is so much more than that, she has real knowledge, honesty and the patient to provide al the explanations and help that is needed. This is not just a job and a bottom line for her, she genuinely cares for her residents and provides meaningful support. Even after the lease was signed, she went above and beyond for us every step of the way.

My best friend of 42 years is a thriving and active member of the Atria Riverdale Community. Following considerable research including reviews, professional referrals, etc., on March 11, 2021 the unanimous decision of friends and loved ones, Atria Riverdale was selected. Atria Riverdale received excellent recommendations from various personal friends who were familiar as visitors. The amenities are lovely. The setting is warm and comforting. The administrative staff are attentive and responsive to concerns, issues, recommendations, and requests. Atria Riverdale is genuinely an impressive community setting with diverse staff, services, residents, and activities. My friend and others refer to residents as “neighbors.” That serves to promote a sense of community; rather than institution. My friend has been a resident for less than two months, however, I fully anticipate that things will continue to progress in the best possible manner. We did our best to select the most appropriate setting, Atria Riverdale is definitely the right “fit” for my dearly loved friend. Five star rating requires more time. Further along I will follow-up up w/updated review. Look forward to five star rating...

My mother-in-law, age 97, has been a resident of the Atria Riverdale for 3 1/2 years. During this time, we have been very pleased with the quality of care and commitment to the well being of the residents. During the pandemic, the Atria has adopted high safety standards to protect the residents. Prior to the pandemic, my mother-in-law, actively participated in the many fine music, dance and other recreation programs. Our experience is that the Riverdale Atria staff are well trained to care for and support the residents. Our family feels fortunate that Muriel has benefited from living at the Atria Riverdale.

I recently moved my mother across the country from Southern California to the Atria Riverdale after my fathers passing. I can honestly say that they care. Thank so much to the Atria Riverdale Staff, particularly Lissette, Natonya and Ann, for your amazing and conscientious as well as respectful care of my mother. Lissette, you and Natonya are truly appreciated. My brother and I are blessed to have such kind, thoughtful and truly wonderful people taking care of my mother, and I am sure the entire Atria family feels likewise. Bryant is also very kind and helpful and was great during the move in process and continues to assist on the month to month issues. You should feel comfortable moving your loved ones here!

We needed help with hooking up the DVD player for Irene and David was very kind enough to put his knowledge and effort in working it for us, fr the setting up, directions and he even provided us with new batteries! Not only that, he came back up to hand us the batteries and made sure it’s working before leaving the apartment. Very nice fellow, thank you so much again for all your effort, David!

The staff is unfailing polite and kind. It is important that people are pleasant. Cleanliness is an important goal. It is obvious that the community work hard to maintain a truly clean environment.
