I have had the pleasure of working with this facility. They are a five-star facility. They are very loving and caring to their residence. I for one have a parent that is currently residing there and I would never change him. The staff are very loving. They are kind. They are forthcoming with the residence and they treat their residence as family. .. it is with great pleasure to say that I personally going once a month to entertain the residence because it makes me feel good, knowing that they have loving, caring people that are always looking out for the best interest the event coordinator

As a current employee of the bristol I enjoy working with the staff & residents. Staff treat residents/peers with dignity and respect. There is a beautiful courtyard residents and their families can enjoy, wonderful rehab team, activities offered daily, hairdressers available by appointment. We also have a great team on our memory care unit to assist residents with many cognitive issues. The whole team works heard to make your loved one feel like home.

I am excited to be working here at The Bristol Care Center. The staff are warm and inviting and this is a great place to work! We provide quality care and services in our short term rehabilitation unit for patients who need Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech Therapy; in our Long Term unit or residents who need care and services and want to make us their home, and in our Memory Care Unit for residents that need memory care services.

My wife moved into Bristol 5.5 years ago. Then it was a great facility. During the following 5 years the quality of everything went up and down a couple of times. Some of the times when it was down was a nightmare. When my wife died December 2022 if something could go wrong it did. January 2023 saw the installation of a new administrator, Zachary. He immediately addressed the issues connected with my wife and has worked extremely hard addressing them, making new policies, and he has found much of my wife's lost belongings. I have talked with him and believe that he is a honest, focused, hard worker with a vision for Bristol. I believe that he can make Bristol a great facility again.

This is a nice facility for your loved ones, they have a great staff that keeps you informed of the care, activities daily, great therapy staff, this facility offers long term care, short term/rehab, and a great memory care unit. They can meet all your families needs.

I want to take this time to write this review to recognize so great people their at Bristol Rehabilitation. Naomi Hymes, Tanya Jean-Baptise, Marissa Hawkins, Yashica Thompson and Ms, Claudette as well as the rest of the staff. Each one of these individuals have made me feel like family and not just as a number and for that I am forever grateful. Their work goes unnoticed and I want to sincerely from the bottom of my heart recognize them. For this I want to thank each and every one of you for being such an encouragement to me . Thank you Bristol Rehabilitation Family !!!!! You all are such a blessing and amazing.

I had a Wonderful visit with my former mother-in-law on Saturday. My first impression is great! The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the map to find the room as this was my first time visiting her room. The staff was welcoming and helpful as well. Everyone greeted me as I walked the halls and I even had an opportunity to have a pleasant conversation with one of the other residents. One of the nursing staff offered me a drink which was very courteous. One thing that I did notice were some of the rooms had a urine smell which was somewhat off putting, never the less it may come with the environment. I have a small recommendation on a cleaning solution, if you're interested let me know. My father is 84 so I understand accidents and perhaps limited staff. I have also visited other nursing in the past and found they also used special cleaners and increased staff (house keeping). Again my visit was wonderful and I enjoyed my time.

My mom has gotten such high quality care here. We have been through 3 facilities and it made my mom so sick. Here at Bristol, she has been thriving. Her mental and physical state has extremely gotten better. All staff members knows my mom by name and loves her. I want to give a special shout out to Sheila her nurse and Joannes from admission. Everyone is super nice and caring. I am so thankful to have my mom here. It’s been a great 3 years.

Our daughter has been at The Bristol for one year and we have been very pleased with the exceptional care she has received. We could not be more pleased with the cleanliness and orderliness that we observe each time we visit her. The Administrator and her staff are most caring, efficient, and very professional. The entire team at The Bristol are pleasant and they obviously work hard to make the facility a clean, organized, and pleasant place for the residents. They go “above and beyond” and it is obvious the staff takes a personal interest in our daughter and the other residents. Medications are provided in a timely manner and the meals are excellent. Our daughter, Mary, is paralyzed and needs a lot of help and each time we visit her she tells us how much she loves being at this facility because of the loving way in which the staff treat her. We Praise the Lord that He directed us to The Bristol of Tampa. Dr Max Gessner 1-25-18

All of the staff here are great. From Dietary to maintance to laundry and the administration. They're number 1 in my book. I love how they keep in touch with my family every since the Covid-19 pandemic. All of my nurses aides are incredible Labonnie, Christina and Joana do such a great job. Thank you Bristol.

The staff is wonderful to work with. They made my stay comfortable and always inquired about what I might need or want. Sonya, Linda, Fefe, Adrianna were all great. Pat and Janice two nurses were also super.

I have been in a rehab 3 times. The Bristol is the top of the line no doubt. I have observed nothing but excellent patient care and this deserves at least a 5+ star review. The workers are very kind, attentive and are beautiful inside and out. They are very kind to me and to others which I observe every day.

The staff are reliable and friendly. They feel like my family. The food here is great. My therapist, social worker and concierge are all attentive to my needs. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends. I am really going to miss this place once im discharged in a few days.

A special thank you to the physical therapist and occupational therapist for all of their help with my recovery. My stay here has been pleasant and wonderful. My mother lived there the final three years of her life. She was well taken care of and she felt safe and secure. My brothers and I took turns visiting her every day, and learned all the nurses by their first name. That might have made a difference in her care. It is definitely sad when I saw resident's who never had visitors. This is not the place to dump a relative, but to share in their care and aging.

First visit today. The people that work there are so kind and actually talk to the residents like human beings. The residents were listening to music watching TV it was not a depressing atmosphere. Heather the nurses aid was especially sweet!!

The Bristol at Tampa created a Concierge position and Lisha has filled that role. She has been a tremendous help in providing information for purchases and ensuring the resident has access to items provided to them. Lisha is a great asset in her new role!

My Grandmother has been living here for quite a while now, and she tells me all the time that she loves being there, the staff is warm and caring and make her feel like family. when she first got sick and couldn't do for herself anymore she was very depressed and had a lot of anxiety about how her life was going to change, the staff there helped her to deal with everything and have been very knowledgeable, and loving, I thank god on a regular basis for the wonderful people at Accentia.

Joni at the Bristol is one of the most intelligent,dedicated , hardworking individuals I know. She worked tirelessly for over ONE YEAR to get my elderly aunt Medicaid. When my family and I were discouraged and at the mercy of the system she gave is hope and encouragement. She provided us a wealth of knowledge and made sure my loved one was taken care of. Joni is a very valuable piece of Bristol's puzzle and my words do not begin to do her justice. Thank you so much Joni, you are the absolute greatest.

The nurses and staff here are wonderfull and catering. I think the ventilation system may need changes smells seem to combine from other locations that may not be clean yet. Patients say at times cannot sleep due to nurses going in and out at night. And not getting enough sleep.

Great place to be for rehabilitation. I was immediately greeted by Lisha who is the concierge she explained her role and what to expect during my stay. She was very helpful and reassuring which put my mind at ease.

A dear friend was here for rehab. On my first visit the place seemed a bit loud and chaotic. On my 2nd visit it was much calmer. All the staff I encountered was nice and friendly. My friend didn't stay too long, so I guess they did a good job helping her get well. Thank you!
