I was finally able to visit my grandma last week after a year without seeing her. Within that year, she moved into Promise Pointe. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Jasmine at the front desk, who was extremely friendly. Grandma gave me a tour of the community which is really nice. She has met some friends and loves the staff. She said the food is pretty good and the activities keep her busy. I suggest seeing this place for your loved one.

Beautiful facility and caring staff. They want what is best for your loved one. We were on the verge of moving my sister in and then canceled at the last minute for various reasons and Nathan totally understood.

I’ve been employed at promise pointe for a little over a month now and this is by far the best job I’ve had. My coworkers are extremely friendly and helpful. We have many fun events that involve staff and residents. Management was amazing at making me feel secure and welcome. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a good place to put a loved one

My mother in law moved into Promise Pointe several weeks ago. The staff has made this transition from her home to assisted living very comfortable for her and all of our family. She enjoys the staff and their caring attitudes. She also loves the food, three good meals a day delivered with a smile! Thank you to all the staff at Promise Point!

We believe Promise Pointe at Tampa Oaks to be a great senior home for our mother. It is a brand new facility that sits close to I-75 for easy access. The management & staff are the best and very caring to all the residents. The meals are very good for a senior home and the chef has a great kitchen staff. We are extremely happy with Promise Pointe and its high quality service. We highly recommend it!

This place is great for my mother. I feel very relieved that she is taken care of and that she has opportunities to make friends and partake in activities, rather than sit alone at home all day. They have a nice, clean, and big facility with lots of activities and the food is outstanding. There are always events going on and the staff do a good job.

Such great staff incuding mangement, nice building. I even had a chance to meet the owner, who is really involved in the day to day operations of the building- great guy. Highly recommend Promise Pointe for your loved one. My wife's grandma loves living here.

Promise Pointe Cares! My Grandpa moved in a few months ago and i am so greatful for the care he is receiving. They take the time to listen and learn him. He is content and so is my family. He told me “its a beautiful place to call home, all the smiling faces, plus they have pizza!” Thank you all for the great work and dedication, It shows.

Promise Pointe really is one of the best facilities we've toured in Tampa Bay. We have probably walked through at least 5 different facilities in person or virtually during the last year for a home for my grandmother, and the Promise Pointe team was the most welcoming and the facilities are pristine.

My mother is a resident in memory care. I recently read a disturbing review of someone who failed to reveal there relationship to this facility. I recommend anyone reading it disregard Krystal Swann that is not a real person. I’m real and I use my real name. I recommend Promise Pointe ; everywhere has its problems . If one wants to know how their loved one is doing they should be visible and supportive to show their concern. I’m at everything . I volunteer and I find the staff is dedicated and caring. The Memory Care Director is Outstanding , hands on and responsive . I would move my mother if I felt the staff or facility was not above the average.
