They have caring staff - offers a lot of services. Every time I show up to the facility it smells good. And the food there looks really good. From a lot of ALF 's I have been too. Hyde Park is one of my favorites. I know my grandmother is being well taken care of.

When my family and I were searching for a livable place for my great grandmother there were many places we are iffy about, the residents and some of the staff. We were looking for somewhere close to where we reside with friendly, caring and respectable staff and a place where we can go visit her whenever we wanted. Then we came across hyde park alf. At first glance we were kind of skeptical but u can't judge a book by its cover. We went in and the first thing we noticed is that it smelled nice and it was clean even the floors were spotless. Then we were greeted by smiling staff that greeted us as soon as we came in and asked if we needed any assistance. We let them know what we were looking for and they answered every single one of our questions, which were a lot! Other places seemed to be bothered with all of our questions . We just wanted to make sure our family member would be taken care of and safe in their hands. They really reassured us. We even met some of the residents that were sitting in the dining area and they seemed happy, they were extremly friendly and sweet, they even asked spoke to us like if they already knew us. There are places we went and we noticed residents that didnt look happy and they had a sad look in their eyes some of them weren't shaven had dirty clothes on and smelled of diapers that haven't been changed😞. Definitely didnt want my grandmother there. But at hyde park the energy was much different everyone we met were happy , clean even the men were shaven. My great grandmother has been there over 2 months now we visit her 3 times a week and call her everyday. If we cant reach her on the resident phone we know to send a text to one of the staff members they respond quickly and they have my great grandmother contact us back right away if they aren't busy with their duties. We have been there for the breakfast lunch and dinners. Can you believe they have better menus than some of the things I ate in school . They even have little parties for occasions and holidays they make them feel happy there. We know we made the right choice having our great grandmother at hyde park alf. Shes happy and that makes my family and I happier. Highly recommend this place. This place is absolutely awesome. The staff is very helpful, the food is great, the facility is always clean - smells good. I am truly blessed to have found this wonderful facility for my father. Keep up the good work.
