The rehab department has been great working with mom. She has had great progress with her movement and became much more aware of steps to take for her own personal safety. Some of the Nursing Assistants have been attentive and kind. She's had a couple that need more oversight and training. It is a difficult job. Most treat mom with dignity and respect.

The staff there is kind. My dad says the staff treats him well and with respect. I witnessed it first hand today when came to see him. They laugh with telling each other jokes. He even got pizza and wings for them. My dad has a giving and kind heart. When you're nice to someone and respect them as a human being, without expecting anything in return, you may be surprised on how that person can/may return the feeling. On that note, thank you to the staff how are caring for my father. He has improved since he's been in there. With his physical therapy, he'll get stronger. And stronger enough to back to his house.

The outside & inside of building looked wonderful! Very friendly check in, quick & efficient! Out also was easy @ quick. Two in a small room, seems a bit tight, when people visit. Halls & rooms smelled very fresh. My Aunt looks well, just slowly declining, she even smiled.

My mom is a new patient there, and when we brought her there on Tuesday, by the time I left. I just felt relief!! We had to move her from another facility, and the difference from the time we walked in the door was a starch difference. The reception greeted us, she was cheerful the RN on duty was great and everyone we came into contact with was very pleasant. My mom have been there only 5 days now but it certainly has been a pleasure knowing that she is well taken care of!!

My mom has only been in this facility for just over a week so we will have to see how things go. As of now I am quite happy with this facility. The staff (even though seemingly under staffed and probably overworked) are very nice and helpful at every turn! What a hard job they have! The facility is clean and seems well organized. It is hard to find people who care about their jobs or other people but here they seem to truly care. So far we are very comfortable with Opis Fairway!

Fairway Oaks Center is very clean and well managed. I received optimal assistance in visiting and conducting business with resident, and the business manager made planning seamless. This is the 3rd time I assisted residents at this center and each visit consistently delivers. Having experienced nursing home care for my mother for 10 years, I honestly attest to Fairway Oaks excellence. It’s where I would choose to reside if fate dictates!!

From what I can see the few days I have been here. The facility is a nice place it is also clean. The thing that I don’t understand is that the facility doesn’t use pads. This mean that your employee will work harder, because there is more bed change’s. Facility like this need pads because some of the patients are very heavy weter. Pads doesn’t make a patient have break down nor does it makes the patient have bed sores . Bed sores come from not being changed and clean. One thing you can bring back to the facility is pads.

On my first visit, I had a very warmed welcome at the front desk, and the lady that interviewed me raised my excitement to be apart of that family. So the inside staff members possess all the dynamic characters to amplify and structure the well-being of the facility, but just but, in a house the servants and the children don’t value its interest at the same vision. Keep moving forward with God at your side and your determination to make a difference in the community.

Fairway Oaks is not only a clean facility but its ran by a great team! A great team equals great care! Heidi provided me with the tour and she is a light in the darkness that nursing homes can sometimes share. I highly recommend stopping by and touring if you are researching options for a loved one!

Upon entry first impression was good. Front desk lady on sunday was pleasant and helpful. Environent clean and odor free. Nice outdoor courtyard. Staff on floor unit pleasant and were always seen on floor . The only negative thought is that fully aware rehab patients are on same unit with others that are not aware. Example another patient kept-wandering into room looking around. Maybe facility has rehab unit but not available. Again all staff encountered were very nice and helpful

I went to see my uncle and the staff was very welcoming beginning with the front desk receptionist. I was glad to see that my uncle was in good spirits and that the environment looked clean. I visited during lunch time and I observed how patiently the staff assisted residents who needed help with feeding.

The staff appears to be very helpful while you are visiting. But from the residents that's just a show for you. Follow up from staff with the resident doesn't always happen.

I have found that they have been very good at helping me get my sister in that facility everybody was very kind and helpful and explain things to me took the time to explain the process to me. This is her first day here and I'm sure this will be a blessing to her.
