My mother has been a resident here now for almost six months, after being in two other facilities prior to RSP. I could not be happier with her care and the staff's attentiveness. It was a HARD change for her...very hard, with her recent/worse memory issues; but they did an amazing job helping her acclimate. Just amazing. She is now happy & thriving. Happy! I know there is a weird smell when the doors open but I didn't think it was urine. Prob more like it needs to be aired out but with their residents & covid & being shut-in? Not easy to do. I highly recommend RSP, & love & appreciate the staff.

My Mom was a past resident there and they took very good care of her (Memory Care) and it is a great facility; however, every time I visited my Mom I got sick to my stomach due to the overwhelmingly smell of Urine that hits you time you walk in the Door. It’s very discouraging. It’s been like this for quite some time now. For such a great facility that provides great care, this should be an easy fix!!!! It makes you think twice about placing your Loved Ones at this Facility. (The smell)

I recently toured Royal Sun Park and the staff was very nice. They were interacting with the residents while the Administrator showed me around. I loved the home like feel. The residents seem to be content.

My grandpa has been a resident at Royal Sun Park for two years and he has never been anywhere else with such amazing care. The staff and the facility itself is excellent as well. Most definitely recommend!!! :))
