We had a chance to tour Angels Senior Living at New Tampa with Rebecca Perry today - Beautiful facility for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Staff is very attentive to residents, well maintained and alot of activities for the residents. Rebecca is very knowledgeable with Dementia and Elder Care with her background and experience.

My sister is a new admission to Angels Assisted Living in New Tampa. I would like to share the amazing experience we were shown by the Regional Director, Manager and other staff members. This facility is very clean, decorated very nicely and takes all the necessary precautions for COVID. The interaction between the staff and residents were very impressive, staff addresses the resident by their names. Moving in to this facility was easy, members of the executive team came out to assist us in moving my sister's personal belongings. I was amazing that the Regional director packed up all my sister's clothing into her drawer, while the supervisor decorated her room and the maintenance hang her curtains. Myself and family were truly touched and amazed at this excellent customer service and compassion that was showed to my family member. I would recommend this facility for your loved one. You will have the peace of mind that your loved one is very treated with love and compassion Bibi

A safe and clean environment for elderly parents is difficult to find, but I found Angel's at New Tampa just that. My mother really felt that she was at home while she lived there. My sister and I found the staff compassionate and sincerely caring. Mom's medical needs were always taken care of. We feel that the administrators, Shawnah and Erica always went above and beyond for our mom and the other residents as well. There are so many staff members who touched Mom's life, who I want to mention and thank--but the list is too long.

Mom has been with Angels Senior Living at New Tampa for over a year and half. She just came back from being in the hospital and called Angels her home that she missed dearly. Since we live out of town, we rely on the staff which is exceptional and I would like to mention just a few names Shawnan handled Moms care unconditionally, Jackie who handles the front desk impeccably, Mercedes who is one of many that cares for Mom daily. All her aids that help dress, feed and make her feel special we thank you. We recommend Angels and the management who always have an answer to all of Moms and our needs. Definitely recommend this place for your love ones.

Amazing staff and facility! Shawnette Moll goes above and beyond to help my mom each day. She is so incredibly sweet and patient. So thankful to have found a place that is accommodating to my mother's special needs with memory care. Mom says she's having a good time there!

My father recently moved into this amazing community. First initial thought was how clean the facility is and the fabulous scent throughout! The entire experience was handled with dignity, grace and absolute kindness. Every question and request was granted to make this a seamless transition for the ENTIRE family. The staff is commendable! Special shout out to Shawnette Moll. Her smile lights up the room!

Our family has been truly blessed to find this new home for our parents. They have been so extremely professional, caring and supportive for all our needs. Even through the loss of our mother this past week, they have been attentive and extremely compassionate to not only our father, but to us, the family members, as well. I can’t say enough about the facility and even more about the Angels team. Shawnah Cox, Shawnette Moll and Melissa Reimert are fantastic! They made my dad immediately feel at home, and continue daily to help him get acclimated to his new surroundings! They recently shared a photo of him, having a meal with a new buddy, and he looked great! Many thanks to all of the Angels team! I highly recommend them and their facility.

My mother is well cared for and the staff is very willing to attend to her health care needs. Being that she is a memory care resident, they are also compassionate and patient when it comes to caring for her personal and emotional needs too.

Angels Senior Living at New Tampa is an amazingly incredible home for seniors. I was there yesterday for the first time, and the employees were consistently caring, professional, and attentive to the residents/clients. The executive director and DON both returned after work to provide support for families visiting. The med tech. chef, LPN, custodial employees , MOD, ED. and DON all work as a cohesive team. Our mother has been a resident six years. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. More importantly, management is very involved in resident care and responsive to family concerns. They have been beyond helpful during this difficult time of Covid.

I have a friend, an elderly ex-neighbor That resides here and whom I visit weekly. Every time I walk in the place is so clean, it smells good the staff is always friendly and smiling they always speak to me. I love my friend and I love the staff for taking such good care of her. Hello there, this is my first review ever , I write this because this place is so amazing I cant resist, first of all shawnette Moll is so amazing person when I was looking for place for my sister while she was in rehab I contact with Angels senior living, I talk to shawnette and tell her about my situation I was frustrated about everything that time and she told me don't worry I take weight out your shoulder and figure out everything lots of paper work , Medicate, rehab, deal with everything to get my sister better place and New home I was so relieved I can't believe we still have people in this world who really care about other people problems and sincerely help them, now My sister is much better and happier because there staff is amazing , they help her do face time great communication this place is great I highly recommend this place for your love one also they never demand or talk about money or financial situation they work with you I am so happy to find this place Shawnette Moll is the best God bless her and there staff thank you so much, Mohammad Qasim Khan
