This place does not have the best rate, this doesn’t mean they have a bad service or don’t treat the customers fine. Take into account that usually people only give reviews when they are angry, and not when they are happy.

I was so so excited when I found out my grandmother was accepted here for her rehab following an ankle fracture. I was told they were the best of the best. Unfortunately I’ve been pretty disappointed. The care she is getting is hands down better than what she was getting at a different facility after her knee replacement however I’m finding that they don’t communicate with us, or work with us financially because she is only on medicare (and now thankfully medicaid) and only lives off social security.
She isn’t weight bearing yet so she cannot get out of bed, but they keep putting her room phone out of reach. I have called every day several times a day for the last week and have been unable to talk to her. I’ve called the desk asking to make sure the phone is near her but they haven’t, or if they have, they move it again.
They also made her follow up orthopedic appointments without asking when anyone could take her and said if we can’t take her she has to pay out of pocket for the transportation ($240 each time).
The place looks nice from the outside and on the top floors, but the floor she is on isn’t very nice at all (possibly because she’s medicare pay and not private pay?)
They also have an awful awful parking situation.

My mother spent several years in their long-term care wing and was treated very well. The staff were attentive and called whenever they needed direction on her care or had recommendations. They also took her for outside doctor appointments as needed.
Then early this year, my mother's health was failing badly at 91 and was moved to their Hospice wing. As I live across the country, this was the period when I spent the most time at the Kline Galland facility and got to see the day-to-day workings, as well as get to know the staff, close up. I was extremely impressed and thankful for the care the kind staff (e.g., Marna, Kayla, Angelica, Kelly, Jennifer and many others) provided.
Thank you so very much for providing such loving care to a frail (and sometimes difficult!) woman. ♥

Amazing place to work and receive care all around! Kline Galland takes care of their residents/patients first and foremost but they also take care of families and staff as well.

My Dad recently spent a week here to recuperate after undergoing surgery. We are so grateful for the attentive and loving care he received at Kline Galland. They took my Dad in when many other facilities wouldn't (for many reasons, say, other facilities were at full capacity; also my Dad is taking an expensive medication and it's one major reason the other facilities were hesitant to admit him). The excellent care that my Dad received resulted in his speedy recovery. Due to COVID, we were not able to set foot inside the facility to visit but that's understandable; also from a patient's point of view (my Dad's), he appreciated it since he didn't have to worry about viruses or germs brought in from outside visitors. KG is located in a quiet and peaceful location and the staff we interacted with, including the nurses, PT, OT, social worker, etc, are all professional and pleasant. We highly recommend Kline Galland and couldn't thank them enough!

My father spent his final month at Kline Galland. Because of COVID, we were not able to visit him a ton, but when we did the staff did their best to accommodate him and us for visits, whether it was outside (at first) then inside. I can't say enough good things about the care he was given and how good the staff was to him. Also, given the covid circumstances, the staff was able to keep good communication with my family concerning his health, medicine changes, and updates. Can't say enough good things about this place. Just my $0.02

Very nice friendly place. It is very secure and well maintained. I love how many of the rooms (especially on second floor) have a great view of the lake. It is always spotless and clean. I stress clean in these reviews because I would want a clean place for my family if they had to be here for rehab and or living. You need a key card to get to the various floors; which is nice. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend for a good place for your loved ones!

Visited a cousin there. He was recuperating after heart surgery. I was impressed. A very nice facility. Clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, well lit, easy to find. The staff were courteous & competent. Patients seemed well taken care of. He confirmed as much.

The staff is so professional and truly care about you. When I leave here I am really going to miss some of the staff, as I have to think them of them as friends.
