I loved being at Waldo Burton. I was there from 1978 until I graduated in 1988. Mr Stroup, Me. Jorge, Mr. Fred, Mr A. Grimes, Mrs. Waymon were my counselors. At a young age they installed integrity, Loyalty, tolerance among other values that remain with me to this day. I was given a foundation to be independent and compassionate towards others. I joined the Marines after graduation from Waldo Burton and remain friends with the counselors and still visit from time to time till this very day.

I loved this place. My years were from 86 to 89. I often think about Mr. Stroup and Mr. Claude. Made a lot of friends there. It really was a great place to grow up. Thanks for the memories.
