I had actually worked as an agency RN here about 5 years ago and was very saddened by the conditions. Today I went in as a representative from a hospice agency and was floored to see how much the place has changed. Santa Claus was afoot, the residents were all well taken care of, caregivers were not only providing necessary care, but coloring and participating in other activities with the residents. They welcomed our presence readily, and the resident we went to see was happy, well taken care of, nursing and otherwise. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how this place has matured into a loving and nurturing place for their residents.

I went to see a friend at the Whites Creek Wellness and rehabilitation center, The front desk receptionist was very welcoming. I also spoke with a medication nurse who expressed concerns for my love one. The nurses was very nice and professional. I love your floors, they're so clean and pretty. Great care and staff members are friendly, caring and competent. The social activities are exciting and Glenn is wonderful. He cares about the residents and is excellent at what he does. The nurses and techs are awesome. Thanks for taking such good care of my sister.

I was here for six months. Their PT department is what helped me get back home. Mindy and the rest of the department treated me very well and kept me moving. Like all places there a good people and there’s some not so good as far as caregivers go. Generally I had good care and as I said without the PT department I might not be going home.

My loved one recently had a lengthy stay here. He has in the past been at another snf and complained every day about needing 2 come home. He never complained 2 me about anything during his stay. He was absolutely content. The staff are professional,willing to accommodate, show sincere empathy, and really care about their clients witnessed by the many happy faces who reside there. Good job!

I see several activities that the residents are involved in. It takes a caring heart to do this work and it is very clear that the Activities Director, Glen has that heart. Continue the awesome work. I know the residents love it and the attention you show them love.

My first time working at Grace was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The CNAs were awesome with the care they gave to the residents. I was impressed. Grace Healthcare will be one of the facilities I will return to work anytime

What great things is there not to share about this place. The new leadership is amazing- they are very caring and always available to listen and help. The staff enjoys their job and it shows! they are always laughing and having a good time with the people that they are for. they make sure that the folks arent just cared for but loved

I am a pastor who often visits Nursing Homes and I found this one to be exceptionally clean; the staff was exceptionally hospitable and warm - with the exception of one… My church member Ruby St. Vincent testified continuously of the great treatment she is receiving. She was very clean and was being fed very patiently and compassionately by the assistant and was given more and extra food and drink as requested. It was literally the best nursing home experience I have ever had in my 38 years of being a pastor!

I laid in a hospital bed for six weeks waiting for a Rehabilitation center. The hospital came & told me they found a center that takes anyone. I was worried this place would be awful. Boy was I wrong! The therapy here is amazing. There was no guarantee I would walk again. I am now walking 100 feet with a walker. The care is great from Housekeeping to the food to the activities and everything in between.

There are so many great things to share about Whites Creek Wellness & Rehab Center, but I think my favorite thing is their Life Enrichment Department. The Director, Glen Moore, is absolutely the greatest. He loves the residents, and he plans activities that engage the residents. They just recently went on a fishing outing and to the casino. I was a resident at this facility and I have not had one bad experience. EVERYONE was very friendly and attentive. Everyday there was something to do like play bingo and trivia games (thank you glen). There was always cleaning staff coming to clean my room everyday wiping down everything. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that has a family member or yourself

Nursing home week last week was incredible. They have the best activities and food. Everyone was busy accommodating all patients. The rehab team is eager to work with each patient to get them to feeling better.

I have been with Ahava for a little over 2 years now. I came after being with another facility for 23 years. This facility has a family like feeling. Our team strives to make all of our residents and families happy. We have great leaders. It is always a work in progress as residents needs are all different. I enjoy working here. I know we are not perfect, but we will do our best! Hoping you will be a part of our team - residents, families and staff as we are on the same team. It takes all of us.

My brother has been a patient at Whites Creek Wellness for an extended period and has had a good experience at the facility. The nurses and PT staff are friendly and knowledgeable namely; (Jennifer, Ryan, Stephanie, Mindy, Scott, Tosha, Stella and Kenya). Many have gone out of their way to help him through a difficult time. Also, the Administrator, Savannah,, and her staff have been great to work with.

Ahava truly focuses on what matters which is patient care and staff morale. We all serve a wonderful population. We appreciate each family that entrust us with their loved ones needs and health. Very nice and caring people at this facility. My mother has been here for almost a year and the staff here takes very good care of her as she needs round-the-clock care. I'm very thankful that they are so great with mom, gives us peace of mind in knowing they care for their residents like family. My mom is happy with the care she receives her as well. She always gets her meds on time , and they keep everything here clean and take extra precautions against the covid-19. Very happy with everything overall.
