The Christmas party for residents and their families held on December 12 was a wonderful event. It was very well done and everyone was very nice. The food was really good. My mother really enjoyed it. We also had some nice pictures taken of her and us by the staff. We are glad we had the opportunity to participate.

Almost everyone is very friendly and helpful. The building is like a big maze and I've had to be shown which way to go to get where I need to go. This is my first time dealing with any kind of facility. I don't know yet what to expect. My mother fell the second day she was here! I was not happy about that. The only nurse I've met that is my mother's nurse is not very helpful. She seems VERY overwhelmed! I've ask for help and she just never gets around to helping.

Review for my Mother Kathy. She is there with my grandmother who is 99 and the staff are lovely. Christmas Dinner was fantastic, good food, pretty decorations and singing was so festive. Lovely at with pleasant people.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great meal and visit with our loved one. Food was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Live violin music set the atmosphere for a lovely Valentine’s supper. ❤️

My brother is a patient at this facility.When I visit I have been treated very well.Everyone is friendly and informative.I will say his dentures went missing from his table while he was in rehab.I was told this week they will not replace them,I believe this company should pay to replace them.He now has covid which had to come from inside.A couple employees stand out for going above their duties.Crystal who is an aide goes out of her way to take care of her patients.We really appreciate her.

Gallatin Center has been taking care of my aunt for 3 years the nurses, doctor's and staff were friendly professional and showed compassion for the patient's under their care. The Center was clean and protective of issues due to COVID-19 I would not hesitate to give them as a referral to all. Thank you.

No rehab center or nursing home will be up-to-date! As long as the base is there I'm content. The staff that I worked with were very helpful and pleasant. I have always believed that those that are at their home base, are willing to be helpful, then the experience will be worthwhile. Those ladies that I worked with were very helpful and very caring and easy to get along with with in a professional environment! I appreciate their help, professionalism and their willing attitudes!

All of the staff I met are friendly and helpful. The facility is extremely clean and seems to be well run. I was on the rehab side to visit a family member. He's only been there for 1 day so far, but things seem great so far.

It would wonderful to have a system , which would see to it that All Patients were fed, & cared for , on a regular Schedule. Maybe double check to be Sure That Baths given , change of Clothes, patients unable to feed their selves, That someone could be sure they have something to eat.. .. When a Patient is Holding food in their mouths because they were afraid of not being fed.. There may not be getting enough to eat.. Even if it meant that more people would be hired .. The nurses and aids try to do their Jobs.. Appreciate Them.. ❤️❤️

I was less than enthusiastic when I arrived but the staff worked hard to make me comfortable and less anxious. The nurses and techs who spend the most time with the patients are wonderful for the most part.. No ostaff is 100% perfect. Admin staff try to help in many ways but they are often tied by regulations due to the pandemic. patients

We had a wonderful experience -as a matter of fact after my mother passed we catered lunch in for the department where she had lived. They saved her life twice - once choking, another with a heart attack. She laughed and enjoyed friendships there, and had an excellent quality of life.

I am currently a resident at Gallatin Health Care. I am here for Rehab after surgery. The Therapy Staff has been awesome. Also I find that the other staff are very helpful for me. As a former Health Care worker it's great to see how good they are to their residents!

I have the opportunity to often overlap with the staff of Gallatin Center. Rebecca is fabulous! Everyone is very professional, caring and compassionate. I have worked in long term care for almost 25 years and know first hand what a challenging environment it can be. I'm a tough customer, but I am consistently impressed. Gallatin Center has a strong, tenured staff and good leadership. My grandmother was a resident there and recieved excellent end-of-life care, for which our family will forever be grateful.

They do not answer their patients needs quickly my mother-in-law is in there and she has waited 35 minutes for them to come and help for walk to the bathroom. Her clothes are missing. but I think they do try to take care of their patients they just don't have enough people working two people cannot work a 300 patient floor on a Saturday and that is what the nurse told me.

As a conservator, I have many wards currently, and past, in this facility. I have been very pleased with the care and compassion the staff has exhibited from all involved. They are quick to respond to the needs of my wards. I would recommend Gallatin Center.

This place is Very clean and kept up well! Resident care is amazing! Would recommend them to anyone!! Only thing i think that would need work would be the staff is very friendly but their interaction with other nurses seemed a bit tense a few times i visited. Remember ladies you are all there for the same reason doing the same job! noone is better than anyone else! Again i would reccomend this place to everyone!

The original owner sold it to a corporation a year ago. Gone downhill since. Not enough techs to take care of the patients. Many of the good nurses and techs have gone to the nursing home in White House. That’s where the original owner at Gallatin has gone. My mom has been in Gallatin 8 years. She doesn’t want to move to another nursing home because she’s almost 90 years old. Used to be a 5 star facility. I can’t recommend it now.

im glad to be a long term resident here at the gallatin center for rehab first the nurses and tech are wonderful when it comes to patient care and 2 the therapy dept is awesome they help you get back on your feet and get you to be strong again and 3 the front end offices are great they are here to talk whenever you have a problem or a question 4 the kitchen is ok they just doing all they can to get the food right so that the residence here can be satisfied including me 5 the activities dept is super they give out snacks each afternoon and stuff to do during the day like bingo or crosswords etc to help the residence not to be bored all the time its something to do in their spare time 6 house keeping and laundry is a little slow but they do their job the best that they can if the residence is missing some clothes the staff will go out of their way to find that missing item if not the center will reinburse it and that to me is a great thing so hats off to this place the nurses techs and the administration itself dawn and rebecca is wonderful to talk to whenever i have a question or a problem god bless you all from donald

My visit today w/my 85 yr old housemate, & friend was most pleasant. He looked well, was in good spirits & was bragging on the employees, from dietary, to CNAs, to PT, OT, Nurses & Drs. He himself is a retired M.D. So these are high compliments. I was reassured to see my dear friend in high spirits & being cared for so well.
