I recently experienced an injury that required a period of rehabilitation and physical therapy. This was not possible in my condo. I made the decision move to Clarendale at Bellevue Place. My healing and recovery took 3 weeks and I enjoyed every single day, Where do I start? The community is truly resort style living. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, the apartments are beautiful and the dining room(s) are huge and staffed by courteous and friendly servers plus the food is delicious. The nursing staff and care is exceptional; you will not be able to find a more compassionate and competent Medical/Nursing Director along with her team. The administrative staff is approachable, available and in touch with the residents. There is a warm and elegant atmosphere in everything Clarendale. There are a multitude of amenities to take advantage of: social, intellectual, artistic, religious, health and wellness, etc. - the list is long, You owe it to yourself or your loved one to come to Clarendale at Bellevue Place for a tour. You will not be disappointed.

We visited on Nov 26 and when I stepped out of my car, I was in awe. When I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the concierge, I was so impressed. We then met with with Director of Sales and Marketing and she was so kind and took her time with my parents. We are so thankful for Clarendale and are happy to be moving our parents into their place. Anyone who is blessed to live at Clarendale will live their best life.

The Clarendale has saved my dad’s life! He was in a rough nursing home situation. I called Leslie and asked her if it was possible to do a same day move in from out of town. Her and Andrea moved mountains to get my dad in immediately! They both stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of. He has been there for about 2 weeks now. The staff is phenomenal! Top notch! I feel so blessed everyday! I know that my dad is in the best of hands!

As a family we had the heart break of having to place my dad in to independent living after the loss of h is wife .He was not able to live alone without someone near to see after his safety. My son and I were impressed with his attention to detail while selecting an apartment and all the details involved in my move. I moved into my apartment in Clarendale Independent Living in August 2020. I could not be happier. I chose a one bedroom with a spacious, covered balcony overlooking our courtyard. The sunsets are beautiful! My neighbors - who quickly became friends - are experiencing a wide variety of interesting lives! Dinner time comes with delicious food choices and great conversations. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful people. Our Life Enrichment folks provide a continuous series of activities that span the full spectrum of life’s adventures from live music to travelogues covering the entire world to tailored exercise programs and a wide variety of spiritual presentations. There’s something for everyone. Residents are offered a full service transportation department for shopping, relaxing sightseeing tours of area attractions, even a ride to the doctor! Bottom line - Clarendale is a professionally designed and operated spot for senior living! I strongly recommend it to anyone who is seeking a lovely new senior home.

We love Clarendale. We were looking for a place for my mother and father in law to move to from CA. My FIL has Parkinson’s and some dementia and so we toured Memory care as well as Assisted living. They are both so wonderful. In the end they chose an apartment in Independent living to start and are working towards one of these communities soon. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff, especially Blake, Leslie and Jordan, who worked with us at the beginning of our search. They make you feel like you are the only family they are working with. You will rest easier knowing your folks are here. It feels like home!

We moved my mother-in-law into Clarendale from Florida about 2 months ago and Jordan at Clarendale could not have been more helpful in making the transition as smooth as possible. The Clarendale facilities are far superior to any other assisted living places we toured, but the level of service really stands out. For health reasons my mother-in-law needed to go to skilled nursing upon her arrival in Nashville and Jordan used all his contacts to help secure a short term placement at the facility that was our first choice. I really don’t know what we would have done without his assistance! She has now been at Clarendale for 6 weeks and the level of care and attention she receives has more than met our expectations. Not one detail of Clarendale at Bellevue Place was left to chance; from the moment you pull up to the community, you'll notice that it was strategically placed in the heart of the growing and well-planned-out One Bellevue Plaza, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and even a movie theater! The second you walk through the door, you are cheerfully greeted by the welcome staff and you will immediately feel the warmth of the stunning interior design and cozy "comforts of home" feel that Clarendale naturally offers. The Clarendale administrative staff is second to none in our opinion. My husband and I are area Realtors and have had the pleasure of meeting most, if not all, of the Clarendale staff members and have the pleasure of working directly with their Director, Brandon Bornstein. Brandon is an incredibly caring individual and everything he does centers around the best interest of his community at Clarendale. To watch Brandon and the staff interact with their Clarendale family members is something we feel very privileged to continue to be a part of. I haven’t decided yet how best to manage my husband’s dementia…. we all know this is a difficult and complicated emotional issue. But, I do know one thing for sure. After speaking several times with and then meeting Jordan Uselton, the Director of Community Outreach at Clarendale, yesterday, I know that if my husband goes into a Memory Care facility in Nashville, it will be Clarendale. The facility is fabulous; it has everything. The location is fabulous; there’s so much in easy walking distance. It’s a place that I might chose myself and it’s a place that I would want others to chose for me if I were not able to decide. One thing that surprised me, and that really contributed to why I feel comfortable not looking elsewhere is Jordan, the face of Clarendon. He’s an absolute gem. With an engaging friendly demeanor, everything about him feels comfortable, authentic, so calm & gentle, understanding & kind. He clearly understands what we are going through and is ready to help in any way that he can. There’s no hard sell, actually there’s no sell. He provides information and choices. He answers any question or concern patiently. He doesn’t push. He opens the door and lets us walk through, if we wish, at the pace we chose.

After touring several Senior Living Communities in and around Nashville, my wife and I finally settled on Clarendale. From the second we set set foot there, it was obvious to us that this was going to be the perfect place for my mother in law. The facilities are pristine and state of the art. Fast forward 3 months, we couldn't be happier with our decision and most importantly, my mother in law couldn't be happier with the decision either! She is loving every minute! The team at Clarendale at Bellevue Place is really top notch. Leslie always responds right away, was willing to accommodate our hectic schedule even on her day off, and approaches each interaction with thoughtfulness. She remembered everything about my mom after our first meeting and even gave her a card and treat when she was unable to be the one to see her in person one day. We are amazed at how special we feel at Clarendale. Beyond that, the facilities are modern, bright, and clean. The residents seem active and friendly. There is really beautiful outdoor space in two courtyards and a neat retaining pond with a small walking trail nearby. Plus, the facilities are within a brand new shopping district that includes a Metro Parks community center, an AMC movie theater, restaurants, salons, and more! We're very excited for mom to move in and begin building a life here.

Do you ever drive up to a place and get that feeling of “I don’t know if this gonna really be right for us?” You won’t have that feeling when you pull up to Clarendale! This is a beautiful new building that will make you feel comfortable right away. But that’s not the best part. What separates Clarendale is the leadership. Brandon and his team are exceptional, and I’m guessing it won’t take you long to discover that for yourself, too. Any place can have great facilities, like Clarendale, but I doubt many places have the kind of professional and caring team that Clarendale does. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

Sadly , my father in law fell and recently passed away but they were our top choice. She took many hours showing us the different layouts and called regularly to check on my father in law. A lovely place and the staff and administrative support you will find caring for your loved is beyond excellent. We love Crystal, Brandon and Jordan, as well as all other support team like family. Our 89 year old mom is scheduled to move in on 1/13 and just knowing we no longer have to figure out on our own about the ins and outs of her care and possible transition from independent to assisted living/memory care means so much to our family. We now have a coordinated care team of experienced clinicians who will work closely with moms family and our family doctor, Dr. Eskind, to offer the best solution for moms care in the event extended care is ever needed. Incredible attention to detail, focus, and patience. The staff here is top notch! This is the spot for my family members once assisted living becomes a necessity. If you are considering anywhere else, don't. My grandparents love to walk. The surrounding area keeps growing with plenty of nice boutiques, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. It is a relief to know that they will not be driving all over town as most of the good restaurants in the area are short walk away.

I don’t have anyone in my direct family who is shopping for a place but one Saturday I just decided to kinda start looking.......just in case because........you know- you need to be prepared for those eventualities. Anyhow, kinda fell into this place on a whim- was shopping over that way and told my wife- hey, let’s wheel in here and see what it was about. She thought I was joking- all the way up until we walked in and I said I wanted to check it out......just in case because.........you know. Anyhow some dude my wife thought was handsome named Brandon Stein or something like that took us around because I think he thought we were kinda weird for asking for a tour. It was great. Got a free coffee and made small talk. It’s NICE. My wife started asking me afterwords “how young is too young”. Haven’t been back but occasionally get to thinking I ought to just go hang out there.........because........you know. Anyhow, someday perhaps. It’s a better than decent option.
