I got the pleasure of getting to pick up a shift and help this facility out when they needed a nurse. All I can say is WOW! The facility is VERY well kept, the folks who live there are incredibly sweet, and the staff treats absolutely everyone with respect and is so helpful. Even those who are travelers in the facility. This facility has some of the safest staff to patient ratios and although my primary job is not long term care, I would go back and help in a heartbeat because everyone there was incredible. I can not say enough good things about this place. Hopefully I’ll be able to work there again sometime! If you’re a nurse or tech and traveling in the local area, I recommend this awesome staff and facility.

I am so grateful for the care my mom received at Bethany! From Nurse Practitioner Monika to Case Manager Hilda to Unit Manager RN Kristen to OT and PT Marcia and Cara to all the precious techs who helped us with EVERYTHING and many more, she received such quality care delivered with a smile and encouraging words. Though they were all incredibly busy, I never encountered an unhappy or unpleasant person! There is a sweet spirit in that place, and its effects are very healing!

This rehab/healing center strives to be a place of healing. Are they perfect? No they're not but they'll go out of their way to help your Loved One! My experience has been one where the staff (from the top administrator to the nurse technician) is accommodating, concerned, and trying to work as a team to assist in the care of my love one. There's been the occasional bump in the road occasionally but we resolve them and move forward. Truthfully, that's to be expected in any healthcare facility where people work with diverse personalities and patients with a vast amount of needs and comidities. And you also have the occasional personality clash or cultural difference. However, one may perceive and or view it based on you or your 'loved one's ' needs and the Bethany Center's staff, and facilities ability to accommodate and fulfill those needs. So far our family has been satisfied!

This morning was our first visit to the Bethany Center. A dear friend is there for rehabilitation services. The staff helped process us in with badges and face masks. The lady was very friendly in doing so and our loved one (Miss Fanny Proctor) spoke highly about the staff and care. That is so important to us. Made my heart glad she was getting great care.

I just returned from visiting my old Sunday School teacher for the second time at Bethany Center. First, the level of security is awesome. And, it was heartwarming to hear and see the level of care and attention they give their residents. I visit a different facility regularly to see another church member and you would not believe the difference in the care...what I see, hear and unfortunately smell. Keep up the good work Bethany Center!

I had to give my friend some personal belongings and I was delayed, so I was late and had to get buzzed in. The nurse was very nice and helpful and explained to me how to do it again. There was another nurse I talked to on the 2nd floor and he was nice too. Then, I got turned around on my way out and got lost. And a 3rd nurse helped me get back to my car parked in front of the building. Everyone was nice and patient and so helpful.

Me and my husband vist Bethany's center for rehabilitation today we put my sister in law in this Facility the staff was very friendly and very helpful I especially Love that they were able to answer every question that we Ask without hesitation they also explained everything The facility was nice and clean We would definitely recommend this facility.

Had an Awesome experience touring this facility with Maria! I hope my mom can soon be a resident there. All the ‘feels’ I had were great! I especially love how the staff (nurses & CNAs) interact with the residents. That to me is SO important! Thanks so much! Hope to see everyone there sooner than later!

The staff was very cordial and helpful. I was so excited to see my mother after a 2 week quarantine. I was disappointed when I saw that my mother was brought to a visitation without her teeth. She has never went without her teeth. I do not know the circumstances of why. She seemed very sad, although I have been told there is no sign if depression. She cannot hear out of her right ear. I hope all the staff know to communicate in her left ear. I’m looking forward to my next visit tomorrow , the 12th.

As a social worker that works with the elderly population, I do not hesitate to refer the people that I serve to this community. They always offer a personal, hands on touch and tender loving care. The staff truly go out of their way, above and beyond to meet the needs of their residents. I have been thoroughly impressed with their servitude in the community. When my residents needs change and they require more assistance and care, this is the place I tell them and their families to go.

I don’t get to visit here often, however, the hospitality at the entrance is always welcoming. The sign in and COVID screening was easy and concise. I received a peel-off sticker which is an indication that I completed the COVID screen and was approved to visit. Today, I got to witness how they celebrate their Employee of the Month as they walked in the front entrance. Staff at the Nurses Stations were helpful and informative and took time to explain their COVID protocol. Signage about COVID prevention protocol and PPEs for visitors were clearly visible.

All the staff has been very kind to my mother since she has been there since 11/2019. During these difficult times I have had to rely on a few amazing staff members, who I now consider a part of my family, to care for my mother while I have been separated from her during this lock down. They have made this time for me and for her as bearable as possible. I truly believe that she is in the best possible hands she can be in. I know that they go above and beyond to give her the best possible care that they can, along with a lot of love.

My granny lived in Bethany several different times while recovering from hip replacements, and a leg amputation. I really liked it. The staff seemed very nice. Especially the physical therapists. They would offer to come back if we were still visiting when it was her time for therapy, or invite us to come along. It was clean, and had lots of activities for the residents to do. The only negative thing was the care providers at the desk didn't always know where she was, and I would have to go find her in the building. The building isn't that large so its no a huge deal. Other then that I really enjoyed her living here, and I felt that she was well taken care of.

Thanks for taking care of my mom it has been some ups and downs mostly ups the administration is very professional and again Amber is on point everyday all day with her caring and professional self i love it and you can really tell who there and honest and those whom i spoke of are my favorites and i speak highly of them all Thanks🌹🌷💖 o and i must not forget lacey thanks you guys for everything that you have done everything that you do big hugs

I love Bethany, they have always bent over backwards to address any issues I have ever had. Lacey Benson in the business office and Deaven Golding the concierge have been especially helpfull, they are both my heros. Food is good, and the care they give my Mother in law is exceptional.

The pain control post OP was horrible. I have never been in so much and nobody seemed to care. Some caregivers were excellent and some really bad. When I was sweating and shaking in pain, I was ignored. No calls made on my behalf.

Day shift is good but, yall need to check your night crew. They don't answer call bells and won't alert the nurse if someone needs them to.
