American House is full of love. They have great leaders in the community like Rachel, and Kat. Rachel is always doing what it takes to provide quality care to her residents. I always feel so welcome and a part of the team when I am there. Elissa is also amazing. She brings laughter and positivity to everyone she meets and is great to work with. I love partnering with Tonia in activities and assisting Wanda in Memory Care monthly. I appreciate the valued partnership Avalon Hospice has with this community.

My mother has been at American House Hendersonville, TN for almost 8 months in their Memory Care. I have been very pleased with the office staff and caregivers for mama. She settled in much quicker than I had expected. They care about their residents and I am thankful for the patience they show daily as they help residents navigate daily life and care for their needs. It was hard having to put mama in Memory Care and it gives me comfort knowing that mama is being cared for by people who care.

My mama came to America House a month ago . I am very thankful 🙏. This place has the most caring caretakers & nurses just everyone who works here cares!! They take care of my mama & I feel like I don't need to worry, she is in good hands. If u are thinking about placing your love one in a facility, don't hesitate on America house , YOU will NOT regret it! Best decision I ever did♡

I truly can’t thank American House enough for my experience with them. My mother has been truly taken care of each and every day. She is happy and loves the activities. Its amazing to see the same faces every day. Elissa was amazing with how she brought us in after a bad experience in another community. Rachel and the entire management team has been very responisive to our every need. its so nice to trust that ive made the right decision to bring my mom here.

We are so happy we found this place for my grandmother. Rachel and her staff really care about the residents and it shows. We can pop in at any time and my grandmother is always clean and enjoying herself. It has taken a big worry off me knowing that she is taken care of properly.

My family is so very blessed that we have trusted the care of our mother to the good people of Elmcroft Hendersonville. They have made Mom feel safe, cared for her mental, physical, emotional and relational needs as if she were their mother. The staff have treated her and us with the utmost respect and dignity. I struggled for months to find a place for my grandma. The ones i've visited seemed so cols and not inviting. That was until I came here. The stay was so helpful and addressed any concerns I had. The residents seemed to enjoy the activities they had going on that day. So if you haven't had any luck give them a try.
