I was here for post surgery wound care that was really complicated and Angie, the wound nurse, was absolutely fantastic. All of the staff here were great and I really appreciate everything they did for me during my stay. I wish I could personally respond to the reviews posted within the last 3 to 4 months because I was there and know for a fact the poster is greatly exaggerating. These certain patients should have been in a mental health facility but the families didn't want the hassle so don't blame AHC for not being a psychiatric facility. Your mother screamed for you because she had a headache but where were you? Let us not throw stones from our glass houses.

This facility has taken care of my mother multiple times when she needed skilled rehab, and every time, they have been wonderful! The team has gone above and beyond in caring for my mother and I've felt at ease knowing she was safe and getting excellent care! She was able to gain some strength and return home each time. AHC Mt. Juliet and their team are a true blessing!

The place is a little old and understaffed, but the people here really do care. That is what matters. In December 2020 my 77 year old dad caught COVID and after his hospital stay he was sent to their COVID wing. My stepmom and I were taking turns daily visiting him through the window and talking to him through the bedside phone. At first he was legitimately weak, but after about a week he was refusing therapy and playing bedridden even though he could walk. He has always been ornery and verbally abusive, and my stepmom was a lot to deal with too. The staff and mgmt. still did everything they could to try to help us, even offering to sit down with my stepmom to fill out papers for the VA and for gov. subsidy to place him in a VA or nursing home. Dad is back in his condo now walking, driving, and functioning like before. Every staff member was good to him and us despite everything. I cannot thank them enough for caring for my dad.

My mother had wonderful.care at this facility. Everyone was so nice and helpful. She left being able to move like she used to before she fell.

My Mom has been a resident at AHC Mt. Juliet, for two years now. Their Nursing Staff is great! They will call family if any changes need to be addressed, and most of all they Love my Mom. Rehab is fantastic! They include all patients, at all levels, in their activities. Bingo, crafts, games, movies & popcorn, and more!

My experience with AHC Mt. Juliet has been nothing but wonderful. I call it a Home with Nurses. Residents and their loved ones become a part of a big family with each other and staff. Laughter and hugs are shared between everyone. The Clinical Staff are top notch! They are well trained and truly care about their patients. The Rehab Department works wonders in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies. The Activities Department is amazing. Everyone is included no matter what their cognitive skills. The Administrative Offices have an open door policy. Their top priorities are residents and their families. The biggest compliments go to the Kitchen Staff. The food is so delicious that families order meals too! It truly is a wonderful home for people who need a place to care for them, give them medical attention, and love.

My 81 year old father was here in early 2018 for rehab during his battle with a glioblastoma brain tumor; he also had a Foley catheter due to an enlarged prostate. The administrator, staff, nurses, and rehab therapists were all great during his stay. He was moved to a memory care facility for only about two days before returning to this facility on hospice and passing away on March 10. I live away but was always pleased with everyone here and their treatment of my dad and mother, who was there visiting almost every day, whenever we came to visit.

My grandmother stayed here battling COVID. It was great to have her local while recovering so we could visit at her window. The nursing staff was great and the Administrator called us personally to let us know when she was recovered and moving off their COVID wing. She's now back at her assisted living and doing great!
