I have found staff to be caring. The diversity in the staff is reassuring. The location is ideal for public transport, easy access To downtown. Problems on the first night were handled the next morning when I called. Staff apologize to client. Problem staff was gone. If you want a location that (1)doesn’t require a car (2)has cultural diversity in staff and residents (3) responds to complaints and concerns This is it!

The Estates at Chateau is an amazing facility that specializes in chemical dependency and mental health. They truly care about their residents and strive to be the best! The facility is clean and the staff is welcoming. I would trust my loved one here!

I am proud to work at chateau. we have an amazing staff who daily deal with a variety of issues. no place is perfect...but at least we are real...I have food..gas..car..home..........because I work at chateau. thank you residents and staff for being the reason I come to work....and love it!!!

The facility accommodates a variety of patients and gives them an opportunity to rehab, recover and get better. Great food, clean facility, friendly and experienced staff!
