I want to thank everyone on 2nd floor that helped my mom recover. From a broken right arm, heart attack and then covid. Each nurse and every aide took such excellent care of my mother. She loved the food and most of all she formed tons of friendships. Please continue with the wonderful care and excellent staff.

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff ("caregivers")! If you have an elderly person in your family in need of a place, this is the one! Kids (grand kids) love coming here as there is a shy "talking" parrot by the elevator. Just don't stick your finger as he'll bite! :) Just talk with it (him/her)! They have lots of events (indoor and outdoor) for the residents to go too!

I think this is a beautiful place. But my Dad is the one staying and he doesn't like it, but he hasn't been home for over a year so he's frustrated!

Awesome place for residents of various faiths or none too. Shalom (peace) ! God bless the staff here that they'll have strength and endurance to keep doing their great job helping others. :)

Very nice facility. I've visited the apartments before and they're lovely. Nice dining room with made to order breakfast options. My mom also stayed here for rehab care for several weeks. She is super picky about everything & even she enjoyed her stay. They have a super cool house parrot that lives by the elevator.....he is a hoot! Very funny and chatty! My kids loved visiting with him!

The place is fabulous no doubt about it but my relative living here is reporting to us of how rude and unresponsive the caretakers are towards her. My relative may not speak English but she has told me and my mother, "usually you press the buzzer twice and a nurse will be here but now I'm constantly pressing the buzzer just to get their attention for my needs". Now I've only been here once to hear this, please do something about the caringness your patients wish to receive.

My Grandmother was here for several years. The care was outstanding. The staff was friendly, kind and caring. My grandmother was well cared for. She even made some friends with the nurses. My grandmother's comments were "Nobody wants to be in a place like this, but if you have to be in a place like this - Sholom is the one to be in."

Great caring loving facility Annie the Nurse on Summit is wonderful ❤ loving nurse cares about her patients kind warmhearted ! Receptionist Jodi in main Lobby is very kind polite caring hardworking always asking what she can do for my Mom and our family an extended family too always nice to comes to Sholom Home East Campus and see our favorites staff care members helping our loved one during her transitional cares!! Thank you!! God Bless You!!! Indeed Shalom :D
