Helping someone transition to an Assisted Living environment is always difficult for the person moving, and for family and friends to see their loved one lose some of their independence. Everyone at The Bridge has been so kind, respectful, and understanding of our challenges. As a new visitor (me) and my dear friend as a new resident, all the staff came up at different times to introduce themselves, and since their first introduction to us, they have all called both of us by name each and every time they see us, and always with a smile. I was, and continue to be so touched by their kindness in every way. And I think most important, most all of the residents smile and greet us as well. To me, that says it all. The staff have achieved the hard to reach goal of making everyone feel safe, cared for and valued, not as a room number, but as a person who may need a little (or a lot) of help in different ways, but don’t feel as though they are a burden. The residents needs are the main priority of each and every staff member. I’m so glad my friend chose The Bridge. Nancy in Marketing was wonderful explaining to us the benefits of choosing The Bridge, the maintenance man was very patient helping us set up her TV and the DVD player, Katean and Katrina and all of the caregivers, the Activity Director, the Chef and kitchen/dining staff so patient when my friend ordered off the menu,(which is okay!), Sharon in housekeeping making sure my friend was ok, and always asked if we needed anything when we saw her, the laundress, Jackie in reception, everyone, including the Administrator introduced himself and wants to be notified of the good and if their are any concerns. Obviously, I can’t say enough good things, there are so many great people working here, I wish I could name them all. So pleased my friend is safe, cared for, happy and feels loved at The Bridge.

I was searching for independent assisted living for my dad, and I toured at least five places, but I will honestly tell you that this place was the best hands down. Financially this place offers quality and options with a far better price than some of the more expensive places. It feels more like an apartment living than an assisted living facility. The food is good and the people are so friendly. When it is my time, I will be going to a facility by this company if not this exact place.

This is a wonderful facility with a kind and caring staff. I've had my mom here for several months and would recommend it to anyone needing this type of care for their loved ones. Additionally, with covid, I would like to give my applause to the staff, all of whom have worked relentlessly to provide a safe environment for the residents. I moved my mom here from a facility that performed poorly in those regards, at one point having 20+ positives. The Bridge never had that issue due to diligently cleaning and following protocols. When the virus struck, they followed procedure and eradicated it quickly.
If you are looking for a nice community with a great staff, look no further.

They are so very compassionate loving your family members. They treated them with respect love dignity pride humanity and they treat them as they are family that are so dear and near to their hearts.
They go out of their way to help their families.
I wish the world was like the Bridge the world would be a better place and a happier place.
I’m so at peace knowing that my dad is here at the bridge with the family that love him and respect him.

Do not look any further when it comes to Assisted Living for your loved ones - I did the research for you! I have visited many facilities and this was above and beyond the rest!
You will not find more beautiful and caring place and employees! I do not know where to start and where to end! From the management through the dining room personnel to caregivers - I bow to all of them for their care, devotion, dedication, effort! This is a very demanding and challenging business - dealing with elderly, disabled and generally with people with all kinds of health issues; always, but especially now in “covid time” - my mom is immobile and has been there for six months; both my husband and myself spend lots of time with her every day, at least six hours; so I happen to be “an eye witness” of how things are being handled; not only towards my mom but other residence as well.
I can as well confidently say that I see on daily basis how the company is constantly putting effort to improve, from hiring personnel that truly cares to their daily operation so the things run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible!
I get very emotional when speaking about this company and could have not been happier for The Bridge to be the last home for my mom!

My mother was a resident at the Bridge at Paradise Valley for almost 3 years. We had a couple of rough spots during that time but management did their best to satisfy the concerns. My mother was always raving on how good the food was at the Bridge and after having several meals with her I would agree that the menu is varied and well prepared. I felt that the service was a little lacking at the end of her stay but management went out of their way to make that right. I would not hesitate to put a relative or friend in the assisted living at the Bridge.

I was in a store yesterday at the check out waiting to pay for my items. A gentleman was assisting the tiniest, little itty bitty, frail lady behind me. I silently listened to how he treated her. I have a mother in another town and I have caught staff not being exceptionally pleasant to her when nobody was looking.
Gerald was on this mans name tag. He was holding the softest, kindest conversation with this sweet lady. She was so happy to have him with her. Whoever does the hiring for The Bridge truly hired a one of a kind!
THANK YOU GERALD for restoring my faith in human kindness.

The Bridge at Paradise Valley is a beautiful facility with caring and polite staff. I had a chance to speak with the nurse and the business office manager at the facility and they were very professional and polite. Their renovations to the building are turning out to be very beautiful. I would recommend you coming into this facility. You will not be disappointed!!!

I don't work for this community, but had the opportunity to visit it this week. I found a warm, caring environment, friendly and very helpful staff and a beautiful - almost oasis-like - building. Strongly recommend visiting The Bridge if you're looking for assisted living in Las Vegas.
